Unfortunately I had two bad experiences before I even got to see the doctor. The first issue was they scheduled my daughter and I at the same time and said our appointments would be staggered. This is after I specifically asked if we would be seen at the same time as we were driving separately and I would need to get back to work. I sat there for 1.5hours before I finally had to leave. While I was sitting there, the receptionist was calling multiple patients to cancelled as the "doctor would not be in" the day before Thanksgiving. I didn't think much of it until I got a call a few days before my rescheduled appointment on 12/6 giving me the same script. I had taken a day off of work and scheduled other appointments on this day so another reschedule was not ok. I then began asking my co-workers who they were seeing and found that two others had horrible experiences with this office. My daughter then expressed that the hygienist continuously pushed on her teeth and gums asking if it hurt. She said no. She then said "well it should" and kept pressing until it actually did hurt. We were already anxious about trying a new dentist after being with mine for over 33 years and my daughter her whole life. This was a complete waste of my time and they obviously have no respect for their customers or their time. I do not recommend this practice.

Dr. Jill Bussey and her staff are the most organized and professional staff I have witnessed. The office is has a warm friendly environment. I have been a patient of her practice for over 30 years. Dr. Bussey always puts her patient's first. It amazed me that even during the illness and passing of her father in December 2018 she was at work with a smile ready to help her patients. Dr. Bussey has also seen my daughter and my 90 year old aunt. My aunt had not been to the dentist in years. Dr. Bussey and her staff took great care of her and gave her back her smile. Thanks Dr. Bussey for catering to all of our dental needs!

The receptionist called me the day before to request that I arrive 15 minutes early, to fill out paperwork as a new client. I arrived 20 minutes early. My appointment did not start until 10 minutes after it was scheduled. Further, the dental hygienist missed teeth while polishing and skipped teeth when flossing. The sub-par cleaning is why I felt compelled to write this review.
There is another issue.. I requested a filling replacement before a certain date (insurance plan changed). The dentist (Jill), the receptionist, and the hygienist all verbally agreed to schedule the appointment. Then, the receptionist explicitly told me she would reach out to me, before the date I needed. This never happened.
I am now looking for a different dentist.
