As always their care is gentle and has my best interest in mind. Dr. Norman has been our family dentist for over 20 years. All the staff is super friendly and thoughtful. They never have encouraged me to have anything done I didn’t truly need. I have VERY cavity prone teeth which have required a lot of work over the years. I trust Dr. Andy Norman to take great care of me and my family.

This is by far the best dentist office in Richmond. My fiance told me about Dr. Obeck so I decided to go. I had such a positive experience that I told both my parents about it. Now they both go to Dr. Obeck as well. My Mom raves about him, and she is extremely picky plus she has a dental phobia. Thanks to Dr. Obeck she finally feels comfortable at the dentist again.
As a side note, their dental hygienists are the nicest people! Not only are they terrific at what they do, but they are always so pleasant. I always go at 7:00 am for my appointment, and somehow at that hour they are so nice.
I would recommend this office to anyone.

My daughter had her first visit to the dentist today and was kept happy and comfortable the entire time. The hygienist explained every step of the process to her in age-appropriate language and Dr. Obeck made her feel proud of how well she's been taking care of her teeth, even at 3 years old. Couldn't have asked for a better first experience!

The office staff is super personable and very professional. The hygienists do a great job. Both my 12 year old daughter and I feel great about our teeth when we leave. Dr. Andy Norman is awesome! He a perfectionist and isn’t happy unless your teeth are just right. He is a warm, friendly and caring. My family will never go anywhere else. I even have my neighbors coming to see him as well.

We have known Drs. Norman Obeck and Foy for almost 15 years (they treat our whole family.)
All three are excellent dentists, very professional, honest, kind and caring.
They always find time to talk to you and explain the treatment in detail, especially when you are facing a complicated procedure, and must make difficult choices.
Basically, they treat you as a member of their own family.
The office is very clean and has a state-of-the-art equipment.
The dental hygienists (we have been treated by different ones during these 15 years) are very knowledgeable and gentle.
This dental practice is exceptional, wonderful – what a perfect dental practice should be: highly professional, helpful, friendly, kind and caring.
That’s why we have kept Drs. Norman, Obeck and Foy even though the practice is out of our network, and we are going to stay with them.

Great dentist office with the best hygienists. They are all friendly and you feel at ease during your time in the chair. Recently I had a recommendation come from my hygienist to start using a new toothbrush and sure enough they had that version available to purchase right there! Now that’s service ;)
