I love coming to this practice as everyone is very friendly and competent. Today, however, I waited for 25 mins and found it disturbing. Hoping it was an anomaly. After another appointment this morning, I discovered this isn't an anomaly. Everyone is very friendly but expect to wait and arriving early doesn't get you anything, from what I can tell

My 94-year-old mother felt that the cleaning she was given was the best cleaning she'd ever had at the dentist. I'm afraid that I forgot the hygienist's name but want to extend my thanks. Dr. Jones spent plenty of time with Mom and explained some future work that might need to be done very thoroughly. What a great experience with an excellent practice! My mom was bubbling about her visit all the way home. Well done!

Always a pleasant experience here. Natasha was my hygienist and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and I really appreciate that because I have a TMJ. Dr. Jones is always so friendly as well. Even the front desk staff are very friendly. The office is always clean and I get a goodie bag after every visit!

I have been going to Dr. Jones for over 15 years now and unless I move out of the state, this is the only Dentist that aí will ever use. No one likes to go to the dentist but I love my dentist! They are so gentle and kind and are great at explaining everything! I moved out of Richmond and I travel 1hr & 10 minutes to go to Dr. Jones Dentistry. This alone should speak volumes. They’re the best!

I would like to say that I had an exceptional experience from the time a walked in for my very first time..with warm greetings from all the staff..and the actual medical team, were so warm and listened to my fears of Dentist..that the very first appointment had me, why didn't I know of you years earlier. Normally I would not gone back to the dentist. But under standing and patience, I could not wait to tell all I knew..this was the doctor to go to..Thank you to the total staff..and making my experience wonderful..
