All of my experiences have been great each time I've been here..They staff is great everyone is very nice and they really treat you good and make you feel comfortable. Dr.Audra is awesome I've reccomend their practice to a few friends. The new location is awesome. Keep up the good work.

The entire staff is TERRIFIC, the atmosphere in the waiting area is GREAT! The wait to get in the dentist chair was a little longer than what I'm use to with other Dr's appointments.

Update - Dr. Jones followed up personally via phone to apologize for the long wait and worked with me to reschedule the next week for a time that worked with my schedule. This second visit I was seen immediately and I had a good visit. I apreciated Dr. Jones owning the issue and working to resolve it quickly.
Original review - Just waited over an hour to be told it'd be another half hour before I would be seen. Last time I went it was in the ballpark of a 45 min wait.

Just had my first appointment and it was a good experience. The new office is beautiful, clean and updated. Everyone was kind and attentive. The doctor was informative and thorough. Held back one star because I wasn't informed that the office was in a building complex and required parking in a parking garage. I got terribly lost and took more time than expected. Had I known, or given instructions ahead of time, it would have made finding the office easier. I also had to request the required paperwork be sent to me ahead of time, which it was, so I didn't have to fill out in the office...which I don't think anyone likes. I was suprised there wasn't an electronic option for completing these forms.

I have been coming here for years and my 7 year old comes as well! The Jones's are so kind and amazing at what they do and the referrals they give are to facilities that are as amazing as them! They have really fixed my teeth, the front desk staff is awesome and the staff is wonderful!
