I arrived 5 mins ahead of my appointment time and received service soon as I walked thru the door. Immediately after filling out the necessary paperwork I was seen within minutes. Dr. Jones bedside mannerisms was polite and almost as if she knew me prior to this visit. The staff at the front desk were kind and very informative. I initially arrived a the wrong dental office, which was further down the street. When I was informed that the actually dental office was at the medical office located near the retreat hospital, I was already late for my appointment. However, they accomodated me even being late and also offered me to do a full check up and cleaning. The people were easy to talk to and provided helpful advice in regards to my questions.
