Edit: I'm editing my review and giving them five stars. I was contacted by the office and they referred me to a different excellent office. I really appreciated how quickly my concerns were addressed and how much Down to Earth cared about whether I was satisfied, not just with them but the people they refer me to. It's rare to have that kind of customer service.

I like there office and its very nice. I wasn't a fan of the oral surgeon they referred me to. Also, I felt like the issues I complained about were glossed over but they insisted on the oral surgery for an issue that isn't causing problems. I understand pain, or lack there of, is not indicative of the absence of a problem but I feel like my concerns could have been addressed as well. I'd probably put fewer stars if I was having a major issue. Right now it's just annoying.

Dr. Nguyen is absolutely AMAZING! You must go see her. You will not be disappointed, I promise. My experience with her was one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely continue to have her has my dentist and would highly recommend her to anyone!

The staff is Awesome and there is no wait time they see you on your scheduled appointment. Very professional and clean. I recommend this denatal office if your looking for a great Dentist. Dr. Cheng does excellent work and he is friendly and answers all of your questions.

The title says it all "Down to Earth Dental". Dr. Prato is a very compassionate dentist. He is willing to to go the extra mile to save you money.
Here is my story if you're willing to read: I first contacted 'down to earth dental' in an emergency dental crisis. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 3 years and started to feel a very severe tooth pain. I searched allover Google for whoever had the best ratings and whoever could see me first. Down to Earth Dental won. And I am glad they did. Prato made sure I understood my situation and he is now going out of the way to make sure it doesn't make me go bankrupt! I also really appreciate Jenna at the front desk staying on top of my insurance and actually being the first person to explain to me all the insurance mumble jumble. I anticipate on seeing Prato for my regular 6 month check ups instead of waiting another 3 years... and I will tell you I stopped seeing my other dentist (who is in Auburn, WA) because that dentist was more of a "Drill. Fill. Bill." And I can already tell and I already know Prato is NOT this sort of dentist. He takes all accounts of life into your specific situation and will make sure you are happy with the outcome.

Excellent service. They re-glued a crown and I was impressed with the entire office. I was shopping for a new dentist closer to home. Now I have found the right place! The staff is helpful and pleasant. The dentist (Dr. Nguyen-Tran) and assistant were superb!
