My mom was not a registered patient and we needed to find a dental provider to get dental medical clearance. These folks were able to get us in quick. The experience was fantastic. This office is full of caring, fun, and very helpful people. They turned over every leaf to assist in payment and went the extra mile in service.
The urgency of the need for clearance left finding an “in-network” provider as a non-issue. After this visit we are seeking to switch providers so we can make this our dental home.

My experience was fantastic, they staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dental assistant was gentle and thorough and gave me a deep painless cleaning . Doctor Young was honest and direct while maintaining a comfortable, soothing bedside manner. I had avoided dentists in my past but my experience here has changed that going forward. Also the young woman handling billing was extremely helpful, breaking down my future treatment and helping me understand exactly what my financial responsibilities would be going forward . 10/10 experience from booking the appointment to walking out the door.

This was easily the best dental experience I have had in my life! It is a very warm and friendly environment, and I could tell that they really cared about their patients. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and they took their time to make sure I felt comfortable and safe. This is the first time I've ever had a painless dental experience and I am so relieved to have found them!

I am a nervous wreck when it comes to the dentist. I’ve been going to this office for years and have never had a bad experience. The office staff is so friendly, the hygienists and assistants are caring and gentle, and most importantly they are all kind and understanding of my phobia. The dentist is great as well!! My comfort is their number one concern when I’m sitting in the chair, and coming from someone who requires nitrous to get a simple cleaning, that is priceless! They also take the time to thoroughly explain everything about whatever work I may need to have done and make time for any questions I have. I highly recommend this office!

I’ll be the first to say I don’t look forward to a dental appointment, but my experience @ Charleston Dental Associates was great. I hope I get her name correct.. Sherry, she is absolutely amazing, her whole aura gave me a sense of calm. Everyone there was super nice too.

I’ve been to many different dentists, mainly because I have a hard time feeling comfortable at most places. My first day in this office I kicked my feet up and relaxed. The staff are kind and accommodating. The doctor is professional but compassionate, which I feel most doctors have one or the other and not both. My teeth were in bad shape when I came into this office and they never made me feel insecure/guilty/gross etc; I would strongly recommend this office to anyone

Very friendly and timely. No more than a few minutes wait time. Cleanings are thorough. Call backs to address issues and/or questions are done same day during business hours. Scheduled the next day for unexpected dental issue. Overall very good services.

The staff are extremely courteous & demonstrate great patient care! Dr. Ballard has great bedside manner as well & makes sure that patients’ dental needs are met & that they are comfortable! They are all very professional & have great dental expertise!

nicest dentist I have ever been too... I'm 27weeks pregnant and did not want to get an x-ray and they were all so understanding!! I didn't feel pressured at all, and my teeth feel great btw
