Very terrible place to deal with for dentures! My fiancé and I have been dealing with them for over a year. They quoted us a price for everything and just keep adding more and more on. Money guzzlers! They never have any openings. The experience with them has been horrible. I will NEVER EVER go back again.

I originally made an appointment to have my failing teeth looked at after many years of not going to the dentist, an too my dismay I was told at least one tooth was in removable condition and the rest didn’t look much better. So I made a second appointment to have the worst tooth removed an came back a cpl days after I ran out anti-biotics they pulled the worst tooth and were also able to pull another tooth that was 2/3rds already gone the dentist and her assistant assured me the most pain I’d feel was the local they were so professional in giving, after giving me the initial local they noticed the tooth 2/3rds gone an asked if I wanted that tooth also extracted while they were working after discovering I could cover the cost of it that tooth was also extracted w/ in 15 mins the procedure was finished the bill was paid an I was down the road THANKS to my new FRIENDS @ Aspen Dental thank you for being gentle and affordable, see you in the near future for th rest of the rest of the work

I was nervous to go to the dentist... I had been to the dentist 2 years prior but I didn’t know what to expect... I had no reason to be nervous... they took tons of X-rays and were super friendly... it couldn’t have gone any better... I would recommend aspen dental in ashwabanon wi. To anyone they were awesome...

Wonderful experience. Very professional. Everything was set up so nice that everything went so smooth. I would recommend them anytime.

You are treated like a person, good communication and care. They help you set up a financial plan that works for you. They did major work first not like other dentist that string you along doing minnor things first. I am happy that aspen dental set up an office in ashwaubenon.

All of the staff were wonderful here ! Kim absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I could get in as soon as possible for the work I needed so I didn’t have to miss much work ! Shauna was wonderful as well with answering all my questions and making sure I knew ever step of what needed to be done ! Would highly recommend their office!!

Having years of experience selling amd teaching people how to sell cars, mortgages, financing, etc I can tell you first-hand that this a sales based culture, not a customer based culture. They constantly move you, to establish and maintain control of your thought process. They attempt to confuse you in their presentation and, while doing so legally, make you feel a sense of obligation to them. At the end of meeting several different experts who have provided you with several suggestions (another attempt at the "confusion close") they take you into the "box" to see the "closer".

While I was there I noticed several senior citizens arriving for their appointments and the direct marketing to them. Please do not send your loved ones here unless there is someone with them. I would hate to see them taken advantage of because they could not keep up with the intended dynamics of the process.

The quality of care is excellent. The billing is a bit much. I mostly just want to pay for what they did that day. I ended up being billed for the entire treatment plan. And the price is a bit steep.

For me, Aspen Dental is a great place to have Dental procedures. The staff are curtiuos and ready to help. They make you feel confident that you are in good hands. So far, I like this about them.
