The gingival probing was extremely agressive and I had pain for almost 24 hours after it. Afraid of what the deep cleaning might be like. Seeking a second opinion also.

The whole staff at Aspen Dental is wonderful! I had plenty of questions which they had no problem answering. Best thing ever is that it doesn’t ‘smell’ like a dentist office lol.

This place is just about money. Went in to have 1 tooth fixed and they take u for xrays then the dr then some one else then u go to buisness office. Still have not fixed my tooth. That is where the real stuff happens. I have insurance and they still tried to hit me for over $6000. I work sales and felt this place tries to swindle every dollar they can out of some one in pain and in need. These people are crooked and would not recommend them to anyone.

Unreal! I guess the new thing is to see how many times you can come back, and not get everything done in one visit. The last straw was when we took our daughter out of school for a SCHEDULED appointment and they couldn't get her in because they over booked.

Aspen staff were very kind, compassionate, thorough and accommodating! Compared to Familia who were cold and disorganized! Aspen gave me some hope which I desperately needed after going to Familia.
