My first visit to Aspen Dental was also my wife's first visit. We were starting our family with a new Dentist. We ended up leaving 3 hours later with a treatment plan of a few thousand dollars, which included an electric toothbrush for 135 each, which neither of us agreed to. My 2nd visit 2 days later was worse. While I was waiting in the lobby for my wife to finish her treatment a couple came in and was checking in for their appointment. They were told that the person they were supposed to see went home sick and they were called and a voicemail was left for them earlier in the morning. They had driven over 1 hour to get to their appointment and ended up rescheduling. A few minutes after the couple left, myself and another gentleman were in the lobby. Three office workers, two of the receptionists and the billing person were talking about how stupid those people were for not checking their voicemail and one said what am I supposed to do, I have other patients to call. They were speaking very poorly of those people. It was very unprofessional and very selfish, especially with other patients within hearing distance. It made me feel as though I'd wonder what they were going to say about me when I left the building. I will be cancelling appointments and will not be going back. What a awful experience.

We received a bill for hundreds of dollars 16 months after the procedure. The bill had no mailing address or way to pay the bill. A few days later we received a threatening bill demanding that we pay the balance immediately. We do not feel like valued customers.

I really dislike going to the dentist. I know my faults and the problems those faults cause and told the staff of my knowledge. At Aspen Dental it was wonderful not to get a lecture on those faults and problems. We are going forward to correct things. Positive feedback is sooooo much better than negative. I wasn't tense or stressed. A very positive visit today.

they were very professional. But to make another appointment you need money before they will set an appointment for you. I am working on getting the money and just wanted to reserve a date that would work with my work schedule and have the weekend to recover. They would get the money as soon as i get it. but they would not take that into consideration. Hopefully i can get in when i would like to have it done.

On my first visit to Aspen Dental I felt welcomed. From the beginning of the pre-test until my cleaning and filling I was told everything the staff was going to do. First and foremost I was told how much this was going to cost. I am lucky I had insurance the cost was Fair. I would recommend Aspen to anyone with or without insurance.

The assistant and the hygienist we're very nice and very informational. I really wasn't impressed with the actual dentist, which is where this place lost me. I felt like the dentist's talked about me in the room instead of talking to me. I didn't get a chance to ask to go over x-rays. It was confusing because they told me what work I needed done and sent me for a referral, but I felt they could have taken a few minutes to go over the x-rays and exam with me.

I recently had full upper and lower dentures made through Aspen dental in Greenbay Wi. The staff was amazing, kind and very friendly too was the dentist. I love my new teeth and would recommend this facility to anyone of any age! No regrets! A definite 5 stars! here!

All about money. Uninformed staff. Nobody is on the same page. Charged for services never performed. Very expensive and zero customer service. Lots of excuses. Got a random bill a year after I left. Then demanding payment. Worst mistake of my life. Especially since I can not wear my denture. All for a low price of $10.500

I had a great first experience at Aspen Dental in Ashwaubenon, WI. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. Megan, Laura, and Dr. Lee made sure that all of my questions were answered and even stayed late at the office to explain the treatment that I need and to discuss costs. I would definitely recommend all of my family and friends to Aspen Dental for their excellent care.

If I could rate them a zero star, I would. I have been going to Aspen in Waukesha, WI for years and always had amazing customer service and care. I moved to Green Bay, so I went in to get my retainer clipped because it had broken over the weekend. I wasn't able to get in for a week, even when I explained that the retainer was half off and poking into my tongue causing pain. They said that because I hadn't seen them in a while, I needed to get an exam (which I took as a teeth cleaning since that's all I've ever gotten from them). I went in, waited over 30 minutes for my appointment and was brought into a room and had xrays done. If I would have known they were going to do xrays, I would have said no, just like in all of my previous exams because I did not need them. The dentist came in, clipped my retainer, did not even touch my teeth and then said he was done. I did not feel like I was listened to by the dentist about any concerns. I was given a referral for an orthodontist, and had to wait another 30 minutes after my appointment to speak with someone about my appointment, because "she was on a lunch break". I was not given any bill, as all of my previous appointments I had paid on the spot, and was given a different orthodontists referral information. A few weeks later I received a bill for an exam and X-rays, called to talk to someone about the bill and was told they would call me back the next day "because I am the only one in the office and it's really busy". Was not called back, had to call back (my bill is past due at this point) and was told that dentist did do an exam, even though he did not touch my teeth at all, and that it was a "courtesy to not charge for clipping the retainer". Will never go to Aspen Dental in Green Bay, customer service is unprofessional and not helpful or accommodating.
