I am not going to go back to that place. I was checking this clinic to see if this is the place I want to use consistently, and as usual as soon as I opened my mouth - first question - Where are you from? What brought you to America? Do you know how many times I answered this question in my 20 years living in America? People of WI do not be narrow minded. Be mindful of that. Then, just because I speak with accent a young female most likely inexperienced doctor "found" million problems that needed to be fixed and right away saw me as a potential cash cow. I do regular check up and please do not tell me that your clinic is financially desperate. That unprofessional attitude and desire to cash on people instantly killed my desire to come back or respect this place in general.
2 days later I asked this office to send me my X-ray images. Once again they send it to the wrong e-mail address. It is a huge violation of my patient rights.

I absolutely LOVE Morganne and Dr. Grimm. Super gentle! They were fabulous with my 3 year old who had a previously traumatic experience at a different dentist and now she loves them too. :)

Beautiful facility that is easily accessible and even covered parking. All staff were polite and helpful. The hygienist was very attentive and did a great job; the dentist explained things to me in a simple manner without being condescending and made me feel comfortable and confident that I could trust what he was telling me. I wish I had been coming here much longer!

Dr. Grimm put mini implants for my top denture. He recommended that I wait 4 months so they could become part of the bone. Today I had the rest done and so pleased with the outcome. It a wonderful feeling knowing they will not move at all.
