Went in today for the first appointment for a crown. Never a fun type of visit but I was quickly put at ease. Didn't even feel the "pinch" when Dr. Miller was numbing my mouth. Best experience I've ever had for a procedure that no one ever wants. I would definitely recommend Dr Lance Miller for anyone whom is uncomfortable with a dental visit.

I went in for a routine cleaning and examination and the dental hygienist and dentist (Dr. Grimm) did a great job. They were very thorough and good at communicating what they were checking for and were helpful in answering my questions. Very friendly people too!

My Dental Hygienist, Sara, was fantastic to work with. This was my first time at Associated Dentists and I have struggled finding a good dentist in Madison that makes me feel comfortable. I wish there was a stronger way to convey how utterly impressed I was/am with this practice. To start, the facility is modern, clean, attractive, and well organized. More importantly, every member of the staff I encountered was fantastic (from administrative assistants (both reception and insurance), to dental hygienists / assistants, to the dentist). Each was professional, competent, and helpful in their respective roles and importantly, very warm, friendly, and kind. The experience was so pleasant for me that I felt compelled to share this.
Historically, I have had trepidation regarding visiting the dentist.... Also, I don't often have time to write thoughtful reviews (for businesses that I enjoyed or disliked). The care I received from Associated Dentists was so excellent that both of those "issues" have been overcome!

Such a beautiful office with friendly staff. Dr. Brittany Bowen is extremely competent and personable. Before Dr. Bowen, I had a hard time finding a dentist I completely trusted. Dr Grimm and his dental assistants are truly the best I've had. Morgan and Emily (his assistants) are very thorough. When he does procedures, Dr Grimm explains everything as he goes- which really helps decrease anxiety about dental work. They are a great group!
