Fantastic experience! I was able to get in much sooner than I expected with a dental issue I was experiencing. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Miller and the staff at Associated Dental. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and welcoming. They offer a beautiful, clean and professional office with the latest technology. The location was easy to find and I had zero issues with parking. Such thorough care was taken to ensure I was comfortable and pain-free. Thank you so much Dr. Miller, I couldn't be happier!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Techs reassure you and make the experience as comfortable as possible. Dr. Miller is simply the best at what he does. Going to the dentist, stereotypically, isn't pleasant. Associated Dentists disproves that notion. They are simply the best!!

My experience with the office has been extremely positive. It's a larger office that's composed of several smaller teams, so I can only speak for my Dentist Dr. Donovan and hygienist Nicole. They have been extremely professional: they are timely and do great work. Dr. Donovan is always helpful in communicating exactly what my options are, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of each. My hygienist always leaves my teeth feeling great, and she (kindly!) lets me know if there are any areas I should be paying better attention to (there usually are...).
The office as a whole is convenient. Easy to find, easy parking, and brand new. There is a comfortable waiting area and the office feels clean and well taken care of.
I highly recommend it if you're looking for a new office!

Wonderful experience! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very easy to make an appointment. Facility is impressive, up to date, and very clean. I was apprehensive to come in during the pandemic, but felt comfortable the entire time I was there. Will recommend to all of my friends and family!

I cannot say enough about Dr Russell Grimm, his assistant, and Associated Dentists of Madison. The initial phone call after I lost a filling (done elsewhere), was to the point, caring, and a thoughtful match to Dr Grimm for my needs. Dr. Grimm's assistant took everything I said seriously and when I clarified something she summed up what I said and assured me that Dr Grimm would do what I needed, without making any unnecessary attempts to blow my budget. When he entered, I was impressed with his forward facing view toward me while he looked at my xray behind me. They also had the x-ray on the TV in front of me. He was able to do the large filling better than ever on my first visit, and he made it the tooth color rather than silver. So much better. He polished a filling on a broken veneer (another dentist's incomplete work) which any other dentist would have ignored. But he did not. (No charge on that by the way.) Gosh, I could not be happier. It took a long time to sift through the system for me to find him, so I am writing this so that other people will find their way to a great dentist. Not too big of an office, and not too small. I cannot say enough. Please give Associated Dentist a call. And then give a big sigh of relief!

Amelia was my hygienist. Not only was she super nice and set a laid-back tone for the cleaning, but she managed to scrape my teeth with the smallest amount of pain I'd experienced for that process. Dr. Grimm was friendly and took the time to explain my Xrays and things I should watch out for. The waiting room was also very comfortable, as was the exam room. Really fantastic experience for a teeth cleaning!
