Walked in and it was very clean and front desk was very polite and right on top and getting you signed in. Waited maybe 5 mins and got called back and they were amazing with my two year old and very calm and understanding this was his first time so they took it easy and said let’s just do what we can and maybe next teeth cleaning he will be better so we don’t dramatize him and make him hate coming.

Having an appointment is pointless. Scheduled only to wait an hour or more to be seen. Then the office tells you your schedule is 20 minutes earlier to accommodate for late people. Please make accommodations for people that are ON TIME. If you tell me 12:40, I’ll be there at 12:30.
