Family Care Dental

My daughter had an awesome experience with Family Care Dental! The tech who cleaned her teeth explained each step every step of the way. The dentist was very thorough in explaining healthy dental habits. This gave my daughter a sense of peace ,and I was so pleased with the amount of patience shown towards her. The receptionist was so kind! I appreciate the level of kindness shown with making sure everything was in order for my daughter! She can't wait to go back for her check up!

The hygienist was AMAZING!! She was really nice and easy my daughter loved her. The actual dentist was rude, my daughter did not like him at all. The receptionist kept my insurance card and licenses. Never once did they call me even though they had my number, I had to call them to find out. So if you or your kid/kids are just going for a cleaning they are great anything else go else where.

I posted a negative post before and of course I had to go back for them to fix the problem. I shall say, the owner was there when I return and we laugh and she gave her sincere apologies. I love anyone for that. I return plenty of time after that, NO PROBLEMS I SHALL SAY!!!! I referred my nephrew. Great service with him. My daughter now goes also. I am back getting more things done myself. I Love Family Care Dental!!!

This was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The staff was super professional and understanding. They made sure I was comfortable and felt 0 pain. The dentist did a great job explaining my options and was very understanding. I will definitely be back.

I called in on a Friday because everyone else (including my dentist) was closed. Dr. Tran was slammed, but stayed late to do a root canal for me to make sure I didn't hurt over the weekend. I left there after 7 pm. She is the absolute best dentist ever and I can't recommend her enough. She gave up a Friday night to help me. I won't soon forget that. I have a new dentist in Dr. Tran and couldn't be happier. The dental assistant, Sarah, was just as awesome. Great work and great customer service. I seriously love these people.

The service at your office is great however, I am a stickler for promptness. I am always early for my appointments and hate to be made to wait. On more than one occasion at my appointment times I have been made to wait. I understand that things happen but you all need to work on seeing patients at their appointment time or call before the patient gets there if it seems like you may be running behind.

I always have a great experience when my kids & I visit. The staff is very friendly & courteous and make sure we are comfortable every time. Everyone is genuine! If my kids love them, so do I!!!! Great choice of dental !

It was wonderful! The staff is excellent and everyone enjoys their job! They make you comfortable with every encounter you have with someone. Natalee, Natalie or Nathalie(not sure how she spells her name) did an awesome job!

This office is absolutely magnificent! Every person that works here is amazing! My son is 9 and loves this office... He had to get a crown on and a week later they checked and he was EXCITED to go back!! Every time he knows his appointment is coming up he asks all day when we are going!!
We will NEVER change dentists again!!

Great first time experience! The staff was friendly but Elaina was exceptional. She made me comfortable, was very interactive with me from XRays to cleaning my teeth. I loved that she gave me options as far as future dental work and even discussed with me the pricing. I’ve officially found my new dental home & would definitely recommend FCD to anyone that’s looking for a dentist... way to go!
