Let me share my disgust, my 4 year old has a tooth that is absessed, the infection is on the tooth she had a crown put own at this office, my issue is not with the work , my issue is we called these folks to get her into there office to look at this and was told sorry we are booked and told it would be tuesday at the soonest, thats 5 days from today...unacceptable!!! It would take 2 minutes to look at this and get her on some medicine...so now heading to urgent care and will be finding a new dentist ...

Went in about 6 months ago to have a cavity filled that was under the gum. Came in today and found out that it was infected, now I have to have a root canal that I think should have been done in the first place. New dentist. Going to go to the one in Hoover to my Dentist that I have used for the past 6 years without any problems.
