Had my initial exam, the doctor and staff are very personable and professional. Everything was explained in my treatment plan, and they are very fair in their fees for services. Looking forward to getting my treatments done, and teeth restored to full health.

DO NOT GO HERE! ! ! ! They bill for services they do not complete! I only left ONE star because I have to leave something so that potential victims can see this warning. 10/19/2018- One of the dentists started on my root canal, charged my insurance, took my money, LEFT a piece of the dental instrument in my tooth and did NOT tell me until I came back on 10/26/2018 complaining of pain. She told me that she'd have to refer me to an Endodontic office so that they can fix what she messed up and assured me that everything would be refunded since they didn't finish the job/procedure. The woman at the front desk who does the billing told me that she would call me back that day regarding the refund. If she called me, Daffy Duck called me. When I came in on 11/6/2018 she told me that she couldn't process a refund to me until MY insurance sent a form.... Why is a form needed from my insurance when Family Care Dental took money from ME? She also told me that the Endodontic office should not charge me much. and the cost should be well under the $135 that they charged me. Well, the Endodontic office charged me $280.
I opened a Better Business Bureau complaint 10 days ago and unsurprisingly, Family Care has not responded.... AND their restroom is disgusting. The trash is always overflowing- well it was each of the 3 times I was there and they're too lazy to fix the toilet tissue holder. So they just leave the toilet tissue on the counter because apparently, that's the healthiest place for things that touch your private parts. Just save yourself the unnecessary drama and unscrupulous business practices and stay away from this establishment.

Fast and fantastic service. I was back in a chair with Hope before my scheduled appointment time. My favorite part is they don't force you to talk with mirrors,suckers, or spacers in your mouth. If you are needing a good dentist you've found it.

I took 3 children: 13 yrs old, 7 yrs old, and 2 yrs old. The staff was excellent! Lost my debit card and DL there and they found them and called me to come back and get them. Always recommend Family Care Dental!

Today was my first time visiting the office and I was a walk in... I didn’t feel as if I was in the way or that I busted up their schedule, yet they were extremely apologetic about the length of my wait. Dr. Clark and his entire staff was amazing and I’m thankful that I chose this office...

Dr. Linh was wonderful didn't realize the extractions were done. Dental hygienist Hope was great as well. I'm definitely hesitate when it comes to going to the dentist, but I'm looking forward to my next visit.

horrible. my mother went there 2 days ago. the dentist was rushing. the man didn’t even take his time and care. her tooth still hurts and she feels like they would’ve pulled it off from a door. will definitely not be back.!!
