My first time being here I showed up with my 3 children. The Dr and staff were extremely patient with all of us and went above and beyond to make sure we all were comfortable. The DA was super sweet to the kids and tried distracting them to the best of their ability. I was blown away by the patience they had and how quick and efficiently they worked. Fast forward a couple days later and I go in by myself for my next appointment. This one seemed to take longer than it should’ve but STILL amazing staff. I absolutely loved the dr with how caring he is for his patients and dental assistants. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and everything he saw in the X-rays. Absolutely phenomenal. I’m not disappointed and would recommend this place to anyone.

Dr.Ohsie,Cindy,and George were amazing!!! I chipped a tooth and they were able to get me in and sorted with enough time for me to go back to work! I appreciate their professionalism and flexibility! Definitely the place to go for you dental needs!

BTY Dental and their staff and down rust were very thorough and professional. They handled all of my dental needs and did it with no pain. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. Dr. Cho did a great job.

We came in late, couldn’t reach them via phone. But was attended to. I’m still shocked they can do all those big treatments all in an hour or so. They were really patient and kind. They stayed an hour later than closing time. It was a nice experience. Assisted by- Si and Alex

Dr. Ohsie, Joshua, and George were wonderful. I put off going to the dentist because of a bad experience and after addressing my anxieties, they went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable during my fillings and cleaning. Thank you!!

Amazing service at the front desk, was able to get a same day appt for a wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Ohsie was friendly, informative, and very helpful! Loved how they clearly explained the treatment plan and costs. Staff went above and beyond!

I called them repeatedly requesting they send the claim for my visit to my insurance or to give me the receipt so I could make the claim. They kept telling me they where working on it. Now it's been almost a year and I was never able to get reimbursed for the care. I called them and told them I needed to make an appointment but I wanted to see if someone could explain to me why they never submitted the documents to the insurance company and they were quick in calling to schedule but couldn't inform me what was going on with the billing.

I'm having to be worst dental experience since I've been coming here. I have been trying to get my crown for about 2 months, now. My appointment was at 5, I didn't leave until 8. Had to get multiple numbing needles, because they had to keep trying to a mold for the crown. They called in someone who wasn't working that day. Went back the next appointment thinking it was done, well the crown was too big. We'll see what happens when I go back for the 3rd time . The Doctor is nice and professional, but this is unacceptable.

Our whole family was in on November 1st and we could not have been more pleased with our service! We arrived about 10 minutes early assuming we would have paperwork to do and I hadn't even finished the first page before they took our boys back! They were patient and explained absolutely everything. They also allowed me to be right next to my son and hold his hands while he got cavities filled. They also rearranged my appointment time so that I could be there for my son while he got his work done and my husband could focus on our boys in the waiting room. When his work was done they got me taken care of right away. We will be moving to Wasilla soon, but I'm planning on making the drive to keep this as our dental office!
