I have had multiple cleanings and a little more invasive work done with this place and they have always exceeded my expectations. Today Annie cleaned my teeth and she was so gentle around my painful recessed gums I never felt any pain and even told her she could be a little rougher with me lol. They have always been very upfront about the cost of everything before they do anything so there's no surprises there. Very very happy with Family First Dentistry!

I was not a regular patient. Rather I was in AK for a month long trip and on the ferry ride from WA a crown fell out. The office staff got me in the first full day I was in Anchorage. The Doc cleaned and reused the crown that came out. I was in-and-out in less than an hour!!! Great place, I highly recommend!

Clean facilties. Greatest professionals I've ever done business with. The entire staff is pleasant to be around. Megan is top notch. Thank you Erika and Amber for making sure I was taken care . It is a dentist office I actually look forward to going to as they are in tune with the patient.

The dental office is very clean, and I was greeted warmly by front office staff. My appointment was for a cleaning and exam and it began on time. My hygienist was Megan and she completed the x-rays and cleaning efficiently and pain free. She demonstrated great knowledge and was able to explain what she was doing and why she was doing it.
I then saw Dr. Chappell, who took a conservative approach to my dental care, but made sure I knew what areas of concern he was going to keep an eye on.
Highly recommended as I have been to many dentists in several states and this office is by far the best.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been too! They do everything possible to keep you from having any pain or discomfort! They work with you on billing and insurance to help make it easier for payments! Every single person in that office is the nicest!

I always have a good experience at Family First! The reminder card, calls and texts are helpful to be sure i don't schedule something else in conflict. The check in process is quick and easy and all the front desk/office people are helpful, courteous and cheerful. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes, and a shorter wait is typical. The assistant and the hygienist were professional while still being friendly. And the dentist is always good to point out what I need to be mindful of and what they are "keeping an eye" on. No complaints!
