I am the WORST PATIENT ! I have a small mouth a tongue that likes to get in the way. They provide goofy gas and yes I need Valium for my upcoming tooth extraction. My team Dr Newell and assistant feels like this will make their job easier and I will be more at ease...I love they provide a detailed description of what my insurance covers and what my expected out of pocket costs.

I also appreciate his technique in giving me the anesthesia, it was painless and I did not suffer so much numbness not like my previous experience that the numbness reach to my eyes. Thank you!

They are flexible and are very good about breaking down the prices of what each procedure will cost (for those of you that don't want government to force health insurance down your throat unconstitutionally). Everyone is so nice there and Dr. Hart really knows what he's doing.

Second appointment and I heard I was a bit difficult and the sedation... that still did and amazing job. I'd never even consider another dentist, these guys are the best of the best, never made me feel like I was a difficult customer. I know I am though. Perfect staff and very patient.

After a couple horrible experiences with 2 other dentists (not at Family First), I saw Dr. Newell at Family First and could not be happier that I did. The experience was as good as it can possibly be for somebody with a fear of the dentist. Dr. Newell was very gentle and the fillings turned out great! Also had Alyssa assisting and she is Amazing. Highly recommend Dr. Newell and his team at Family First!
