I had an amazing experience with Family First Dental. I contacted them by email and they quickly responded by email and phone and helped me find an appointment that worked with my stringent work schedule. Everyone in the office was so nice and Ashley was great. Dr Chapple was so nice and they treated me as a person and not an appointment. They listened to me and made objective suggestions not based on making as much money as possible but on my needs and budget. Dana was great when it came to helping me figured out payments. I am actually looking forward to going back to a dentist (weird, I know!)

I am new to Anchorage, and was recommended by a co-worker to come to Family First. I walked in to a calm, soothing waiting area with a water fountain. The staff were all incredibly kind. I went in to get two cavities filled. I know that getting numbed is always scary for me, but they made it so easy and painless. I didn't feel the work they did at all! And since I had been recommended to come there by someone, I got a nice discount! They did an excellent job.

They made me feel super comfortable! Very quick and easy in and out. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienists to the dentist very friendly and open. Highly recommend them and I will be seeing them again for sure!!

What a God-send. I had a temporary crown come off during my trip to Anchorage from Houston. A friend of mine referred me to Family First Dentistry and I am so glad he did. They were so accommodating and got me in within an hour of my arrival in Anchorage. Fixed me right up and 12 hours later my tooth feels absolutely normal. Amazing staff and very compassionate care. Could not recommend them any higher.

Great service and very down to earth. Nurses are very kind and knowledgable, and the doctor was great explaining everything in layman's terms. Had all four wisdom teeth taken out, and they did a great job! Highly recommend!
