Every effort was made to make my dental visit comfortable including making room in the schedule when I came in a day early! I have been a patient at Family First since I first say Dr. Joe when I was still in high school, some 48 years ago.
T, was great in greeting me. She did great work on my crown. It is perfect. Tammy and Dr. Hart made every effort to keep me comfortable which can be tough since I do not use novocaine and rely only on N2O. They stopped work when my nerves got to the point of hurting and they were very understanding that I needed time to get back into my "safe mind state". They were not put off when I started crying from the pain but could go on with the support of the gas.
The next day the Fillipino dental technician ( I am sorry I've forgotten her name), was very kind to me and gentle.
Not everyone has the opinion that having a crown replaced is the best way to start one's day. However, I was treated so professionally and with such care that my visit to Family First made my day.
