Ashley is so good! She changed my orthodontic wire and was gentle and kind. She was knowledgeable and friendly. My experience with the whole staff was incredible.

Went there for years and had excellent patient care throughout. I'm a big baby but they were completely understanding of my fear of the dental chair and always made sure I knew what was going on and what was coming next. They were honest when it was going to hurt and I really appreciated that. Wish they could have moved to SoCal with me!

I went in with a nerve pain in one of my teeth which I thought was a cavity. Turns out it was just an exposed nerve which they patched up with an enamel paint, no hassel and only took a few minutes.
Nobody tried to push me into getting more done and everybody was very friendly. I don't have dental insurance so price is important and this place is surprisingly reasonable epecially given the great service.
Side note for those of you with a fear of the dentist... it is very apparent that this office puts patient comforts first, they even have a "menu" of things you can use to help de-stress (and yes, for a small fee you can get nitrous).

Candace, Jemma and Dr. Newell made me comfortable and welcome the length of my visit. From walking me through what to expect as a new patient, to remembering my significant other (also a patient), to their bedside manner - I was thoroughly impressed and happily will recommend.

I normally see a different orthodontist, but my regular doctor's office was closed for a week and I had an issue with my braces that was causing me a lot of pain. The staff at Family First were not only incredibly friendly fast, and helpful, they fixed my braces wire free of charge.

Just did my first appointment to get an X-ray of a tooth that I previously got a root canal for. After getting a root canal and crown at my other dentist my tooth continued to have pressure sensitivity. I've been searching for a new dentist to fix that problem as well as become my new dentist for the future. I was referred to by a coworker who said she goes here and had a root canal done and was not in pain.

The people here were very understanding, welcoming, and professional. I was given a prescription for antibiotics just in case the abscess would flare up before getting a re-treatment done in January when my insurance kicks in.

Dr Newell himself was awesome for a first appointment. He told me my options and made me feel really comfortable about the process. Of course my appointment was limited because I didn't actually get anything done yet so stay tuned.

I told the staff continually that I'm aware this is out of network but I will pay money if the service is right and if I'm taken care of.

Great experiences. They always take the time, give you all the options and do a terrific job. Everyone on the staff is friendly and curtious. Almost too friendly. I have a tough time trying to match their friendlyness. Highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

My son was able to be seem immediately to find out what was wrong and what could be done to fix it.. then an appointment set up less than a week later. THANK YOU Family First Dentistry for you help, compassion and professionalism.
