My 11-year son was having intermittent pain, evey 2-3 months, related to cavities in a molar that was supposed to fall out and give place to a permanent tooth. Dr. LeSueur kept a watch on this tooth for over a year. He did not want to pull it prematurely or fill cavities on this particular baby tooth. He did not want to cause me unnecessary expense in pulling it or filling it. Nor, did he want my son to endure too much pain. He told me to keep him informed about the tooth. One night when the tooth caused my son quite a lot of pain and he wanted it out. I called the dentist office the next morning and by that afternoon my son’s tooth was pulled out at a reasonable charge. I am very thankful for an attentive dentist who cares about our teeth and our pocketbook.

Son diagnosed with a cavity on 10/6. X-ray machine broken, was told I'd be contacted when it was fixed. Never was. When he started complaining of pain, *I* contacted them to get xrays. Cavity confirmed (again) on 11/17 but was referred out to get the filling! ?? It took THREE phone calls to get the xrays sent, which resulted in my son having to get another set of xrays elsewhere. Ugh. Moms, save yourself the trouble and go to a place that can diagnose and treat in the same place. "Family dentistry" is a bit of stretch if you can't give a six year-old a simple filling. Ain't nobody got time for this!
