Dr Schneider and her staff are so professional, knowledgeable, thorough, gentle and kind. The office is beautiful and calming.
Dr Schneider is excellent. She identified and fixed flaws in veneers that I have had for years, and placed filling so well that I didn’t even flinch.

From the moment you walk the well designed and clean office it's clear the staff here do their best to give their patients a great experience.
Checking in at 11:30 on a Tuesday with the friendly receptionist, there were people moving in and out with smiles on their faces and I helped myself to some complimentary coffee in the lobby.
Many thanks to the dental assistant that helped me, Jeremiah. He provided attentive customer service and was pleasure to talk to and Doctor Oleson for showing great care for my comfort during my fillings.
I had a stand out experience.

They provide disposable tooth brushes in the bathroom, so clutch bc I had peanuts otw to my appointment.

Nice friendly clean office in NW Tuscon/East Marana area. I was actually able to get in for a same day appointment! They seemed very organized and efficient, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly and caring. I was disappointed to find out they don't use laughing gas (I strongly prefer the gas to Novocaine injections, if I need to get something fixed), but luckily I didn't need more than a cleaning & exam, so it all worked out. They're also SUPER generous with their new client gifts! I got a pretty mug, toothbrush & toothpaste and a $25 Amazon gift card. Prices seemed reasonable, and they were very transparent about pricing, which is reassuring for anyone on a budget.

Ironwood is an office full of wonderful people. Everyone is always so helpful. Veronica upfront is always great about giving you the best insurance information and treatment plans. She personally calls your insurance to get the best quote for you before or after treatment is recommended. She has really great customer service as well. Sabrina is my favorite she is a super caring and sweet assistant and works very hard to keep the office running smoothly! Kelley is always there to help with anything in back or upfront as well. I work for Dr Rider and would always recommend him for any of your dental needs (especially wisdom teeth 😉) Dr S is now the owner of the office and has transformed it into a beautiful updated space and she's ready for more patients!!
Sally and Sara are both great hygienist and have cleaned my son's teeth who are 12 and 9 and are great with them! My boyfriend was just seen and had a great experience as well. Thank you ironwood for your greatness!!!!!!!!
