Ironwood Dental

I love this place and that's saying a lot. My mouth is a wreck due to a deep seeded hatred I have held for dentist for many years. These guys have taken that hate completely away. They're great at being flexible about schedules and the wonderful office staff is always in communication. Veronica has worked with me on scheduling many times. Their hygienist, sorry I'm bad at names, is the only person not to bring me pain while cleaning, and she has a great sense of humor. The dentist themselves are highly skilled and make comfort top priority, not to mention their work is near perfect. Any issues I have had have been handled with ease and I have no complaints.

Jen is always amazing for a cleaning. She’s extremely gentle, and always very informative. I’m not big on the dentist at all but she makes it much easier!!!

Dr. Jackson and the whole team are nothing short of amazing. I usually see Dr. Schneider, who is überpatient but this visit was just as pleasant as always. The mood and attitude of everyone is simply awesome, and everything is explained to you in detail. I had terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist due to a very traumatizing experience during my childhood it is gone with the wind under the care of this team. They take your concerns and worries seriously and make sure you're as comfortable and relaxed as possible during your treatment. If you're looking for a dental office where you feel welcomed, understood, appreciated, and where everyone is also up to crack a joke and laugh with you, look no further. You found it at Iron Dental. I had a great experience at Ironwood Dental. I recently moved to the Tucson area and needed to find a dentist. Ironwood Dental gave me an appointment immediately. The staff was very friendly and thorough during my visit. Dr. Schneider was friendly and professional and explained my dental needs in detail. I highly recommend Ironwood Dental.

Dr. Rider, Veronica and Sabrina were absolutely fantastic!

I went in with pain from a wisdom tooth that was coming in and left without pain the same day. Dr. Rider was conservative in making his decision to treat, with all facts in hand, symptoms and x-rays, Dr. Rider removed the tooth painlessly. Sabrina's skill set as a dental assistant made my experience as a patient one to remember, her great chairside manner and ability to put me at ease are qualities that are hard to find and much appreciated. Veronica, the office manager was very knowledgeable and helpful with dealing with my insurance. I highly recommend Ironwood dental for you and your family.

Dr. Schneider, Sarah the hygienist who did my cleaning, and Veronica in the front office, are all awesome. Previous management under different name left a lot to be desired in terms of front office help, but my visit in December 2018 was awesome. So easy and a really nice environment. I drive across town for my appointments and it’s so worth it.

I love Ironwood Dental. They got me in on an emergency basis, same day non the less. Dr. Rider spoke to me like a person and not a thing. The front office staff, dental assistants and doctor were all professional and personable! I am usually high anxiety when I go into medical, and dental offices. For some reason I was not at this visit even though it was an emergency. Thank you to all the staff and the doctor! You all made me feel at home.
