I’ve always had bad anxiety when it comes to Dental Appt. (Due to past experience,Guam). BUT, I highly recommend Ironwood Dental. The staff was so welcoming Kelly and Sandy( front desk) are the best all laughs and smiles talking to them both before and after my appointment. Kristen ( Dental Asst) * was so comforting and took her time an throughly explained to me everything that was being done. I have bad anxiety when it comes to dental appt. she understood and made me as comfortable as possible.. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I left ironwood dental confident that I choose the best office. And PLUS the office Was clean and inviting.

As my previous dentist retired, I was referred to Ironwood Dental. I went with some reservations of my upcoming visit to a new dental facility. Wow, all I can say is that this experience deserves 10 stars if I could give it! ALL the staff were absolutely wonderful; kind, professional and knowledgeable. I am SO happy I was referred here! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

I had an excellent first experience here with both Sabrina and Dr. Karley Schneider. Taking my X-rays before at another place was torture but Sabrina was quick and friendly which was greatly appreciated. Today I had three fillings replaced (which, let's be honest) is not fun. But Dr. Schneider made sure that I was comfortable and one of the few times I was really uncomfortable, stopped and checked with me how I was doing and offered more numbing agent and time for me to calm down (I was very anxious). Honestly, it's so nice to have a dentist check and make sure that you, as their patient, is doing ok during a procedure. I couldn't be happier with my experience here and couldn't recommend them more.

I would also like to add that their receptionist is also very very friendly and works hard to make sure your insurance works for you. Helping with insurance issues often gets thrown to the sidelines for all sorts of doctor's offices so it's really awesome that she helps out in this way. I wish I could remember her name but take my word for it, she is also awesome.

After many years of not going to the dentist because of severe anxiety, I was hesitant to go anywhere. I am very happy I went to Ironwood. Everyone was so friendly, and put some of my anxiety to ease immediately. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it. The cleaning was amazing and they took time to numb my gums beforehand to calm my nerves even more. I really appreciated the experience. Thank you!

I suffer from extreme anxiety when it comes to dentist visits, and I must say Dr Schneider and the entire staff quickly put me at ease. They were all, professional, helpful, patient, friendly and understanding. I would recommend Ironwood dental to all of my family and friends. Thank you for a pleasant dental experience.

Great staff makes going to the dentist feel fun and safe. My teeth feel so clean now and I’m so relieved to find a dentist that I can trust in her skill. Dr Schneider answered all my questions and was so professional and friendly. Plus the front desk really knows about dental insurance. So thankful to my coworker who recommended this dentist to me.

I highly recommend going to Ironwood Dental. The office is welcoming and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Schneider does a great job of keeping you informed throughout your entire visit and making you feel comfortable. I recently finished up Invisalign and had a permanent retainer put in. The entire process was seamless and I am happy with the final result. Highly recommend this practice!

I have not been to the dentist in years. I do not have the healthiest mouth, and I felt welcome in the office the moment I stepped in. The staff assistants, and the doctor did their veri best to help comfort me for my procedure. And the doctor and his team were very pleasant.

Ironwood Dental has solid, reliable, and caring dentists and hygienists, and has been very good to me. They have been honest and accommodating wherever possible, and have treat me like a human and hear you out. They did a great and patient job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Rider has been nothing short of attentive, helpful, and thorough through the process of removing all of my wisdom teeth. It has hardly been 24 hours since the procedure and yet he has been in touch with me often to check up on me and answer all my questions. Dr. Rider communicates with you on a real level and goes the extra mile to see what you thought went well and if there is anything more he could do. I am a skeptical and cynical person when I visit doctors or any health care physician, and I am not the kind of person who writes reviews, which is why I am writing this one. This is a very accommodating dental office even to those who have a lot of anxiety about doctors offices such as myself, and they truly make it easy to come back for all my dental needs. Would definitely recommend Ironwood Dental. 👍🏼

Very friendly employees! I was able to get in for a cleaning quickly... however I only asked for cleaning and wound up with some odd picture scanning that I didn't request (not just regular xrays). Aside from this, I did really like this dental office!
