This place is awful. Every time I go in I have a different dentist. I’ve had too many issues with scheduling. Whether it’s me getting in contact with someone to schedule, being rescheduled, or being scheduled and somehow it not showing on their end. Customer service is awful the girls are always grumpy, they don’t always acknowledge you, and they talk rudely about patients loud enough for everyone to hear.

Needed a new dentist since moving to the area. Hit a home run with Ironwood Dental!!! The entire staff is friendly, kind, knowledgeable & professional. They have all the current technology, but haven’t forgotten about the human factor. They take special care to make sure that their patients are educated about their teeth. No lecturing or condescending conversations here. Just knowledge. Highly recommend!!!!

My first visit to Ironwood Dental was very good. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The entire office from the lobby to the dental chair was clean and comfortable. I also like how they have invested in modern equipment. Jen the hygienist was gentle but thorough with the cleaning. I appreciated that Dr. Schneider didn’t try to up-sale me on a bunch of other dental work. She did make a couple of recommendations but there was no pressure at all.
