I thought that all the staff there were very friendly and professional and informative. I'm glad I was able to get the service I need and want for healthy teeth. Just had my cleaning. This a dentist that I look forward to visiting. The staff is so friendly, patient and just all around awesome. They are really sensitive to making you comfortable in the chair. They always tell you what they are going to do next so you know what happening inside your mouth. They are also happy to answer questions.

Well, since you asked. Let me start by saying I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years. During that time there have been a number of dentists come and go. Luckily my hygenist, Sara is still there and she is terrific.
However. This latest visit was really terrible. To begin with an assistant spent twenty minutes or so doing some sort of procedure that I have never had before and it was never actually explained to me. Some sort of "scan." Then, when Sara was done someone came in and started smearing stuff on my teeth. Apparently this was a new dentist and she was applying a fluoride treatment. She then announced I need two crowns and then left. I don't even know her name and she spent no time whatsoever examining me.
As I left I was asked to sign up for the crowns at the cost of over $3,000.00.
I am reconsidering returning to this practice.

My experience as a first time patient at Ironwood was fantastic! The entire staff were very professional, courteous, and seemed genuinely happy at their job.
Nea took great care of me at the front desk and thoroughly explained costs and services - and she was just generally great to deal with! I worked with Kristen for my cleaning, which was phenomenal. She took care to explain everything she was doing and she was very gentle. Kristen was also great at keeping the conversation going and distracting from the fact that I was having my teeth cleaned. 10/10 would go for the Chocolate Brownie polish again.
The office overall, is very updated and implements a lot of technology that makes the experience a lot less invasive. I'm very happy to come back to Ironwood for my next visit!

So glad I took my husband's recommendation and went to Ironwood Dental. What a wonderful experience. They made me feel so at ease. The hygienist was amazing. Very thorough in her explanation of what to expect and my comfort was a priority. Dr. Schneider provided a detailed explanation of issues that need attention and offered several options to deal with them. Everyone i encountered was friendly and professional. My first experience with Ironwood Dental since having to get a new dentist. Friendly and helpful staff from first arriving to checking out. Their new office has state of the art equipment and the facility is beautiful and spotless. The hygienist, Jen, was excellent and knowledgeable. Felt completely comfortable with her and the dentist, Dr. Schneider. Plus get to watch the Aquarium on the overhead screen! Happy to have Ironwood Dental as our new dental office.
