Looks like this company complained to google and removed my review. Long story short, this dentist overcharged me and after 5 long months of calling 22 times, sending a letter, and finally filing a grievance with my dental insurance provider. I was issued my refund.
This dentist refused to return simple phone calls. After the grievance judgement came back in my favor, I still had to go through the hassle of talking directly to the owner, Doug to get this remedied. Doug was very nice but his staff and billing are completely incompetent. The dentist who performed the procedure even had the nerve to call me post grievance to tell me me google review had hurt her feelings. The final touch is their billing manager, Mary calling me to apologize, indicate they screwed up, and tell me my refund was processed. I told Mary that if they own up to their mistakes with the insurance provider I would forgive them. Rather than agree she composed more excuses and even recanted any wrong doing.
One final note. Mary called my wife to see if they could give us a gift card to take this review off. My wife asked her to call me since it was my review. When Mary called me (described above), she did not bring up the gift card or the review. Mary I know you will read this. Let me be very clear: I DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR BRIBES. It is more important folks read this review and then make a choice. Unbelievable. Total sham operation.

I hate going to the dentist,but the staff at Ironwood dental took all of my anxiety about getting dental work done and made it a bearable experience.

I had my teeth cleaned (I truly like Sara also ) and as it turned out it, I had a cavity. Dr Schnider talked me into to fixing it right then, much to my disappointment ( because I’m a real chicken) she fixed it up lickety-split and I was glad it was all over.
I would highly recommend them anytime. Thank you Dr Schnider!

The most pleasant experience I’ve had at any medical office. Everyone was super friendly and the environment is happy and warm. The entire staff is beyond friendly and educates you on all procedures to make sure the patient FULLY understands what they are going to do and WHY they are doing so. 1000 % would recommend
