I am a COWARD when it comes going to the dentist. This is due to having a bad experience 35 years ago. I had to get 2 teeth extracted. The doctor’s are amazing ! Dr. Mata explained everything he was doing as he was treating me. The staff from the front office to the back office were very caring and professional.

I hardly write reviews, however for the level of service I received they deserve one... I Had my appointment on Tuesday and I was very pleased with the staff. The staff was very friendly, professional and took their time to make sure my teeth was cleaned. Looks like I have a new dentist!

Called these people 2 times to see if I can get a new patient evaluation, to get my wisdom teeth extracted. First time I called, I was put on hold for about 15 minutes, then I get hung up on. I called the second time, spoke with someone for 30 seconds about how I want to be a new patient, she puts me on hold for another 15 minutes. Get it together! This place was recommended to me, and so far not a good impression.

I was in so much pain and sandra the front office gal was able to get me in the same day. I had my exam and the girl that help the doctor Suzie was very understanding of my situation. I left that day with the treatment I needed done. I recommend everyone to see Dr Roberts he's great!

First time coming to this location for a teeth cleaning. The office is extremely clean! The staff is amazing , very friendly . The dentist did a very thorough exam. I would highly recommend going to this location .

Friday the 26th of December 2019. I called around to get same day appointment for a pain on one of my teeth. Had no luck with other dentist locations. I called Tucson Spectrum Dentistry and from the phone call i knew i was gonna have great service. They took me right in as if i was a regular patient. Unbelievably service from start to finish. The staff and Dr Sarah Liu stayed after hours to make sure i was taken cared of. Dr Liu is awesome easy going as well. They make you feel comfortable. One of the Dentist even ask me when i was waiting if i wanted a massage... That was so kind of him. Amazing service and very friendly staff.

I'll never ever go to this place again. I had my appointment on Wednesday 01/25/2017 just for my teeth cleaning. The so called hygienist poked a bad tool in my lower left gum in the back and since that night my gum has bad bad inflammation. I can't even sleep at night due to this horrible pain. I don't wanna go there but I want them to fix it because why should I pay for even a single medication. Or I should just sue them through my lawyer. I don't know what to do........just fyi they didn't clean my teeth either at all because according to them I need deep cleaning and they will do it if I pay for it using my insurance. After all the calculations and through insurance coverage they said I'll be paying approx 800 dollars. If I agree fine if not then won't do the basic cleaning either. BYE.

I have been attending this dental office for 3 weeks to see a Hygienist and a Doctor. I believe in good customer service to be vital in any business. Therefore, I want to congratulate Mrs. Liz at the front office for making every client feel comfortable. She assisted me with questions and responded every email I have send her with a respond within minutes. Her professional knowledge and a smile upon arrival makes everyone feel at home. Thank you Mrs. Liz for all your hard work.

BE WARNED THIS DENTIST HAS DISCEPTIVE ADVERTIESMENT AND BILLING. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE MORE EXPENSIVE NON COVERED SERVICES YOU DID NOT AGREE ON OR WERE NOT ADVISED OF. IF TOLD COVERED BY INSURANCE NO COST TO YOU DO NOT BELEIVE They will tell you they will only preform and bill what your insurance will cover (this I know because I called myself and got what was covered at their office and they discussed the services they would prefom that would be covered by my insurance prior to service that they had checked on as well ) YET they turned around and billed the insurance company and later me for non covered services the supposedly preformed instead. .
And the ad for "All new patients only pay 39.00 for preventive new patient exam, xray and care that does not happen." you do not qualify for after you receive their bill .
So imagine my surprise when I get a bill of $500.00 for "a covered routine procured that my insurance and their office and dentist assured me would be coved. and when I called my insurance I was told they billed for the more expensive(xray and cleaning other then the agreed on ) services ..
Now I am stuck with the cost. I am on social security and this was not a expense I counted on Especially when I made it a point of verifying it would be covered. If had been advised in advance that they were going to charge and preform? these more expensive services I would not have had that procedure.
