I've been getting my dental work done at Spectrum for 5 years and am very satisfied with my care. The staff is efficient and friendly and the two dentists I've had are very professional and competent. Recently, I had two root canals done by a specialist at Spectrum and the endodontist and his team were top-notch. I would recommend this business to anyone who is reluctant to go to the dentist's. They will make your experience as pleasant as possible.

Visited these folks once for the standard 2 times a year cleaning. Before even seeing a dentist, they immediately went into the "deep cleaning" used car salesman pitch and told me that this was a procedure I desperately required. I go to the dentist twice a year and have never heard even a whisper of this perceived dental emergency I was supposedly experiencing.
They were able to successfully bill my insurance $2300 and charge me $400 for a completely unnecessary "deep cleaning" that took all of 30 minutes. Read other reviews.

We have been coming to Tucson Spectrum Dentistry for some years now. They have helped us out tremendously in all of our dental needs and problems. I have enjoyed the staff and the doctors are awesome. Dr. Robert's is amazing. I highly recommend this dentistry for assisting in any and all of your dental care.

Angelica and Dr. Liu were amazing! They went over all questions I had and explained everything well!
HOWEVER- I went for a basic teeth cleaning and was told about the advanced technology they use to get deep into the gums to help get bacteria and remove infection That would cost me ~560 dollars. Knowing the cost to get my teeth cleaned- I postponed that maintenance and now stuck not knowing if I could just get a regular teeth cleaning
They offer financing but going into debt for maintaining your mouth health is a wild concept. Not sure how much insurance plays a role-
I understand it does to some extent but really felt like they were trying to sell me extended warranty for a vehicle.
Again, staff was great but cost piled up quickly.

The rest of the staff at Tucson Spectrum Dentistry is great also.

Illiana at the front office is courteous, over and above in service to patients- giving all details about the charges, payment methods and scheduling appointments. Joseph is a very knowledgeable and kind assistant and well and Alejandra. Annette the hygienist is gentle, through and knowledgeable.

I have had the dental worst experience at this place. I was told I needed a root canal they put the temporary tooth in and it fell out 20 minutes later it did this 3 times. I had to take off work. I was then told to go to the store and get some poli grip for dentures. I tried this and it didn't work either. Where my tooth was is exposed, red, sensitive, and I can't chew. I have two dental insurances and they want to charge me $500 for a root canal. Beware!

They make you feel very comfortable.Lupita in the front desk was very kind and very patient with me. She was also the one who gave me my out of pocket estimate. She helped me picked the best payment plan . Overall I had a great experience with all the staff.

Spectrum Dentistry has a keen sense of urgency in everything they do from check-in to dental work. There’s not much anyone can do about the high cost of dental care and they don’t take that lightly remaining sensitive to the amount of money one may need to spend. Very professional and courteous overall.
