My first appointment was the most thorough examination I’ve ever had with a dental office. Showing me results from plague scraping to let me know what’s going on in my mouth and then today with my cleaning, Kat let me know how things were looking. She’s a good hygienist with a lot of knowledge. She answers questions and gives me good advice. Staff is very kind.

One year later, (I’ve had other appointments in between) Kat is the best! So knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Again, gives information I’ve never gotten at other dentists.

It was an emergency and the office managed to work me in. Dr Frank and Jill handled everything with skill and efficiency. I highly recommend this practice!

Office is clean and comfortable as are the dental exam rooms. Staff is pleasant, informed, on-time. Today my hygienist did a thorough job. I felt patient comfort and care are important - including the offer of a warm, moist, lightly scented face cloth at the end of service (Thank You!). When I've needed Dr Frank to tackle a dental problem he has done so in a skilled, professional, and painless! manner.
On my way home I stopped at Costco and spoke to a young lady at the courtesy desk. She asked, "How's your day?" I said "Great. I just came from the dentist". She was surprised. We spoke briefly. She took care of a membership update; I passed on a recommendation for Dr. Frank's office. I recommend Dr Frank and the staff to You too.

There have been many times in which Dr. Frank (and also his staff) have gone above and beyond. Most recently, I had an emergency that required a root canal and it was a Saturday. The pain was excruciating and it could not wait. I left a message on his emergency line and he came in and inspected the problem and got me an emergency appointment the same day with a root canal specialist. It would have been hell for me to take care of that on a Saturday.

I am also very, very squeamish about dental work, having had tough times as a child with a different dentist. But Dr. Frank and his staff always remember and give me royal treatment, though I know that is how they treat everyone, I’ve seen it. It really helps to put me at ease, big baby that I am. They have always made me feel positive about my experience and I cannot recommend this office enough. Will tell anyone who will listen. Thank you doctor!

Dr. Thomas Frank has the best dental office in town! He and his staff are professional and kind and courteous to all of their patients. I've been going to Dr. Frank for a few years and he is an excellent and gentle dentist. His Hygienis's are also highly skilled, professional and kind. If you are looking for a great dentist or if you are afraid of dentist's, I recommend Dr. Thomas Frank. He always has the latest and greatest equipment to care for your teeth. He makes seeing the dentist a positive experience!

Office staff was friendly, understanding, and respectful. Dr Frank was equally as amazing. He was kind and explained the process without being rushed.
