Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Frank is great. Kylee did my cleaning today - She was absolutely awesome! Made teeth cleaning a pleasure! (never thought that was possible!). I went to Dr Frank's for a conceltation and was told they had already talked to my insurance and everything was covered. Months later I was sent a bill
After getting nothing but a run around from Dr Frank's office and his billing girl I ask to speak directly to Dr Frank and was told he would call me
Guess what I never got a response
So we paid it just to make it go away
Just before this happened our son went for a cleaning
October 2020. He was told the same thing. Your insurance has taken care of it
Today December 30 2021 he got a call from a collection agency wanting payment.
HE WAS NEVER BILLED ONE TIME FOR THIS
Also he didn't even get a phone call asking him to pay a bill that he was told the insurance had already taken care of a year and two months ago
Dont worry Dr Frank your 363.10 year and two month old bill that was never sent out is paid in full

Excellent service. The Dental Hygienist is outstanding. Thorough and careful as well as appropriately communicative regarding the procedures. Very pleasant and personable! Dr. Frank is an outstanding dentist and greets the patient, answers questions and gets involved when needed. He makes you feel like you are his only patient.
