Tried to call for a simple teeth cleaning and x-ray and when I told them I wasn't available Mon-Thurs. after 2 they told me it had to be because Dr. Frank won't take new customers other then at that time. Customer should come first I thought. Apparently not for this company. Lost an easy sale by trying to limit times for the customer. I wonder how many other customers you've lost for this silly rule.
