Every visit to Dr. Frank’s office is a pleasant experience. The staff are wonderful, the office and exam rooms are impeccably clean, and Dr. Frank is friendly, professional, and talented. I would highly recommend his office for superior dental care.

JANUARY 2021 UPDATE:

I am one of the first patients to receive a dental filling from Dr. Frank's laser. It involve NO ANESTHESIA and NO PAIN. Imagine being mentally prepared to go through the inconvenience of getting a cavity filled, with receiving topical anesthesia, novacaine, the dreaded drill, etc. Well once, once I sat down, EVERYTHING WAS OVER in less than 15 minutes! No numbness, no inconvenience. I'm really flabbergasted on how easy it was for me as a patient. 100% recommended!

That's why I love going to Dr. Frank's office. They are professional, speedy, thorough, but most of all, they have a growth mindset in treatments and they are always on the cutting edge when it comes to new dental technology!

Dr Frank and his staff go out of their way to make sure that they are a part of your team. I had really bad dental visit anxiety. Not once have I felt uncomfortable there. They are also punctual and bend their ears to hear what you have to say or answer any questions you may have.

Just going into their office made you feel as if you belong in an exclusive club!

The hygienists are superb and really speak with genuine conviction when speaking about your dental health. As for Dr. Frank, he knows his stuff. A real nice, salt-of-the-earth type of guy.

If you're looking for a great dentist, I'm pretty sure you can do no better than Dr. Frank.

I had my visit with the dental hygienist, Cherish, at Dr. Frank's office. I once again was so happy with the results. I had a bad case of periodontal disease with severe bleeding on my gums. The last several visits with Cherish there were NO bleeding at all and I can absolutely thank not only Cherish for a great job of taking care of my cleanings. But, also for Dr. Frank for recommending the Perio Gel trays. I was going to have my second knee replacement surgery and wouldn't be able to make it into the office for cleanings, so Dr. Frank recommended the trays for my gums while I was recovering from surgery. I cannot say enough about Perio gel. I have used it every night ever sense my surgery and because it helps so much I continue to use it and my surgery was 2 years ago. I have a nightly routine of brushing my teeth, using my water pik and the Perio gel. That and my visits to Dr. Frank's office is what has kept my gums from bleeding.

Having periodontal disease for sometime now. I was first bleeding quite a bit, I cried. Then it got less and less, until this last visit, I cried because there wasn't ANY BLEEDING at all. This was due to my cleanings and because I had a knee replacement in September, I had a mold made for my teeth during my recovery. So I used perio gel with my mold because I wasn't able to make it for my cleanings. The perio gel that Dr. Frank had me use helped my gums sooo much. Thank you to Dr. Frank and the hygienist, Cherish and my perio gel. I told Dr. Frank about my gums not bleeding and he said it was due to what I was doing at home, too. My routine at bedtime is using the water pik and the perio gel. Thank you Dr. Frank for you and your team. I've never cried at the dentist's office before because I was happy.

Cherish helped me to understand more about my airway and the problems it can cause. So I set up an appointment at no cost to have that done. She was so informative about some issues that I have been having with a nervous habit of chewing and clenching on my right side that I have picked up. She pointed out that it could be due to anxiety and I could get my airway checked to see if that could be the problem with my snoring at night and if so I could have a sleep study done. The chewing and gnawing could be happening at night also, and Dr. Frank mentioned that the TMJ that I have is a form of arthritis. I have had both my knees due to osteoarthritis. I also have to get epidurals in my back due to osteoarthritis. Dr. Frank and especially Cherish have helped understand with the problems I have been having. It's amazing how getting my teeth cleaned could have lead to all this information. I hope I find an answer to all my concerns with the airway and (if I need it), sleep study. Thank you Dr. Frank for having a hygienist like Cherish on your team.

I've been going to Dr. Frank for about three years for regular cleanings, and I'm never disappointed. I'm about 40 miles away now, but I'll absolutely continue as a patient here.
Not only the latest technology used, but the dental hygienists are pleasant, professional, and caring.

Dr. Frank always looks at things at the end and recommends anything else I should be doing to continue the good checkups, including sharing knowledge of some interesting connections between oral health and general health...things I wouldn't have thought of. :)

Great visit with Doctor Frank and his staff today and yes even with covided still going around!! Not only that but if you have an emergency, you can call and get it taken care of. What a convenience, try that in other places. Good people that care for their patients, thanks again Doctor Tom.

I had a temporary crown procedure on Thursday, April 29,2021, at Dr. Thomas Frank's office. I had no pain during or after the procedure. It was the easiest & least pain free dental procedure I have ever had done in my entire life. Thank you, Dr. Frank, & his dental assistant, Jill. You are the best!

I’m sad to say that I am disappointed with this business. I came here a while back and loved Dr. Frank! I truly think he is a great person and dentist! Unfortunately it’s when you pay for certain things and it goes forgotten. This business sends me invoices that are due like no other. Even when I’ve already paid them. They will continue to tell you that you’re wrong to try to get you to pay double. It’s frustrating and upsetting. I feel like they are all about money! I haven’t seen them in a year and they continue to tell me I owe them money when I have not even been in. I’m sad to say I won’t be returning for this reason because I have found a new dentist that is financially honest.
