Dr. Frank and his office staff are very friendly and professional. They make their clients feel at home and comfortable which is normally the opposite of how you feel when going to have dental work done. I'm really glad we were able to switch over to Dr. Franks office.

Very nice people at this office.! They have some pretty awesome high tech tools they use, to really go in the mouth and assess problems that you may have. They really care about getting you a clean and healthy mouth with your own treatment plan ! I was very impressed and very pleased with their service and kindness.!

Every visit I am greeted with a friendly smile and given the recent Covid-19 outbreak extra care and precautions are being taken for everyone's safety with up to date PPE for staff and patients. As always I'm given great details to everything that is being done during my visit. Dr. Frank and his staff are knowledgeable and professional, always a feel good experience.

Absolute love this place! It feels almost like a spa experience. They take their time and make you feel important. This is office is very thorough and unique. Hands down best dental office experience I've ever had.

I highly recommend Dr. Frank! I was too scared to go to the dentist and it had been over 10 years since I've last seen one. The patient experience there is great, right as you enter the office. The front desk staff is very friendly. The waiting room looks like a living room with cozy seating, magazines, a Keurig, lemon water, and free Wi-fi. There is relaxing music and soft lighting. As a new patient, you get a tour of the facility and meet the super friendly staff as you pass them through the hall. Everyone there smiles. The X-rays didn't hurt AT ALL because I didn't need to have a mouth full of cardboard and keep biting down on it like in the past. The xray camera was focused and moved around me. I did have to bite down on something but it was only for a few seconds and it was always in different areas of my mouth. I do want to mention that Dr. Frank uses technology to communicate with his patients, including email, text messaging (which is actually awesome because they respond immediately), and their website is very nice. I have been taken care of and felt like the Doctor and hygienist really didn't want me to feel any pain. Even when I needed a shot in my gums, I was numbed with gel or numbed with a special mouth wash. I just had a tooth restoration where an old filling was replaced and he had to drill. NO PAIN. The shot didn't even hurt. It took about half an hour to complete. I didn't even experience pain after the numbing went away. I cannot say enough about Dr. Frank and his office. He is a savvy businessman and has done a fantastic job branding himself. I was given a Dr. Frank Lip Balm and of course a tooth brush, toothpaste, & floss. I am just so happy that I found Dr. Frank. I've referred my husband and they sent me a handwritten "Thank you" note with a gift card to Starbucks! I mean...they have a great thing going!

Very attentive care, making you feel like you're their only patient. Dr. Frank and his staff have seen me through a number of procedures, including some emergencies. I highly recommend Dr. Frank for outstanding and caring dentistry.

Dr. Frank and his highly trained staff provide exceptional on-going dental care for both my wife and I. I was born with a challenging underbite situation and spent years trying to find a solution. Dr. Frank has delivered the results that I needed, completely correcting my problem. In terms of long-term care Dr. Franks’s expertise, together with the professionalism of his staff are vital to my continued dental health. I highly recommend that you use Dr. Frank as your primary Dentist.

Had an incredible appointment yesterday at Dr Frank’s office. I have always experienced very professional service and friendly staff. All employees are very well trained from the front desk to all the RDA’s, DA’s and was able to get in very quick especially since I had a crown that came out! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️👍👍👍!!! Thank you

I have not been to the dentist in years due to a horrible past experience. Molly, my hygienist did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable. She also did a great job talking and explaining the benefits of an eclectic toothbrush and waterpik. I am actually going to purchase a waterpik my next appointment. She was also in the consultation room with the Dr. to take a look at the saliva slide and go over my teeth. Before the cleaning Jill took me back, and gave me a tour of the office. Then took me into the room, we went over my past dental/medical history. She did X-rays, pictures of my teeth from the inside (with a wand camera), took a picture of my normal smile, and took a saliva sample. The doctor then came in did a thorough oral exam, lymph node exam, oral cancer screening exam, and then consulted me in his office (along with the hygienist molly).
Over all a wonderful experience! I would recommend this office to anyone that wants to be treated with the latest technology and friendly staff.
