I had an appointment at 1:30 on July 27. I was getting $5000 of work done. I arrived at 1:10. The doors were locked. It’s customary to arrive Early for appointments. There was no sign for lunch hours so I waited and waited. It was over 100 degrees. One employee unlocked the door went in and re-locked the door. Very rude. She said there was someone behind the desk but didn’t bother to let us in. (Another client was waiting by this time)10 minutes later another employee was coming back from her lunch and couldn’t get in. I told her my name and asked her to tell them to cancel my appointment. It was 12:45 at that time. I’m a senior and was not going to wait in the heat! I won’t go back! 👎

I love being put in pain even more than I was when I went in due to the dentist not caring about how much pain I was in. Numbed my jaw not the tooth tried to remove it without numbing toe tooth pawned me off to a oral surgeon with no pain meds until I go to the surgeon. I can’t give a lower rating than a 1star but I would like to

The office help is polite and always smiling but the dentist is always trying to get me to buy things I don't need and I had to wait 2wks for the specialist to do my root canal which was not good.
