After making a same day cleaning only appt with Paul I informed them I did not need Xrays or a consultation and he said that was fine for $134 and I would pay with credit card not insurance , I drive to get to the appt to do the paperwork and then the folks at the counter say they won’t clean my teeth without taking Xrays. Total scam . Your not being honest on the phone and you waste peoples time . A person should have a choice about exposing their head to x rays .

My husband had a gum infection and the doctor didn't even look in his mouth. The nurse came in a bit later and tried to sell my husband something that was so horribly overpriced we couldn't afford it. She said. "well, you just wasted the doctor's time" and walked out. My husband's gum infection was never treated.

The orthodontist services were suggested for my son, but focused on teeth that were going to fall out. Now damage has been done on my son's teeth. The orthodontist is only available mondays. I suggest anyone get a second opinion before going with these folks. Also, billing dept is horrible at filing claims.

Poor customer service once you get past the front desk. Try to rip you off if you're a cash customer. Wish there was an honest dentist that had a flat fee on teeth cleaning for non insured patients .

I’m not sure how this dentist has this high reviews. The doctor told that I need extraction cause the cavity got too big. But then I asked two other dentists ( not in this office) for second opinion and they said crown should fix it. So the bottom line, if you have cavity,I would not trust this doctor because he will likely tell you to have it extracted and charge you a lot for implants or bridges.
