Friendly staff. Professional. All doctors are very knowledgeable and personable. Clean facilities. I like the text reminders even though I saved the appointments on my Google calendar. Due to work I have to set appointments in the afternoon, so there's a little wait before being seen. But overall I feel like they are doing their best.

I have always had anxiety going to the dentist since I was a kid, when I came to the Bright Now in Clovis I was very nervous but soon after talking to the doctor he made me feel very comfortable. I now come regularly and love the work they do but most of all I love how comfortable they make me feel. Everyone there is super friendly.

I always enjoy my experience here. The front counter ladies are very friendly. My favorite part is having my teeth cleaned and have the plaque removed because the dental hygienist is very efficient and makes sure she gets everything for me! I appreciate her hard work and she is very lovely, I just don’t know her name unfortunately. I only go back for her actually!

NO!!! I did NOT enjoy my visit to Bright Now! The receptionist-the X-ray tech and the dentist were very nice! I’m giving this office a low review because of their hygienist. We all are used to “waiting” in a doctor or dentist office so I’m overlooking that negative part.
When the hygienist finally came to my chair, she introduced herself but she was not friendly. She was wearing her mask, but she COUGHED inches from my face in my direction! She did NOT turn her head! I actually flinched and looked at her in disbelief!
She started to do the measurement of my gums, you know the number thing 3-4-5? While she used the poker probe to measure and call out the numbers to her assistant, her hand was “SHAKING!” At first I thought her movement was her communicating to me how she wanted me to move my mouth so she can see the inside. However; when the shaking was constant, I totally had a problem with that!!!
Thank goodness my gums did not get punctured! Even though the rest of the staff were so nice and friendly, I CANNOT go back to this place!

The staff is wonderful, they are always happy. My recent visits have been 10/10 experience. They are extremely helpful in explaining your dental plan and etc. I've never had any appointments problems, they are reasonable with making appointments within a good time range. very good visit! very clean office and staff very nice. didn't try to convince me that I needed lots of work. having worked in dental offices over 40 years I appreciated that they acknowledged that I understood what was going on with my oral health.

My family and i have been coming here for several years up until the other day. . There are new dentists as well as new office staff . I have to say my experience was so terrible i will not be going back. Not only is sterilization protocol not being followed but the office manager Neu is completely rude as well as one of her employees named Angela. I was recently aware that i was charged for services that were not even done as well as false information being recorded on my daughter's detail chart. When i tried to explain Angela was very rude and was interrupting as i would speak so i called to complain to the office manager who was just as rude . I intend to email her boss to let him know how a long time customer has been treated. My family and i will not be going back !

Even though I had a lot of work done the oral surgeon and assistants were wonderful. They informed me of everything they were going to do, and provided support to reduce my fear. It didnt take long before I was ready to take a nap. 😉 Great care and wonderful staff.

I’m scared of the dentist and get extremely anxious. Not here. The office staff is great. Helpfully and friendly. Understanding as well. You get seen shortly after arrival. You’re in and out quickly. I am no longer anxious when I go. Dentist and Hygenist are very nice.
