First visit for an extraction. Front staff polite and friendly, the rest of the staff polite but not friendly. Treatment plan not explained no time given to make informed decision. Staff seemed annoyed when I wanted more explanation of what not covered by insurance.

I had to get an extraction, and the process went by so quickly! I really appreciated that they talked me through everything they were doing as it was happening, service was efficient and incredibly friendly. The dentist wrote 2 prescriptions on the same slip which is a huge no-no and I wasn’t able to get my medications, but they were super apologetic and fixed it right away.

Worst dental office experience! Rude staff, they dont know how to set up a clear schedule for their patients.
I was schedule for deep cleaning and crown at 10am and i receive a call saying they move it to 11am and i call back to move it atleast at 1030am. I thought that would be my first appt 1030 for deep cleaning and ofcourse the crown after. I had my deep cleaning done and they reschedule me for the crown coz they said i am late but i came before 1030am. Worst experience!

There’s always a wait to be seen. I’ve rated an 8 because the staff was great. Had an issue with billing but front desk was helpful and patient. The doctor and hygienist duo were great dealing with my 6 and 8 year old. My girls were seen back to back. This is the first filling for my 6 year old and it was quite a pleasant experience. Thank you doctor and staff for making very kid friendly.

I have had a lot of bad experiences with dental offices in the past, this left me unsure of how to address my teeth issues. My wife had found BrightNow, at first I was apprehensive about going but I am glad I did.
The staff is always pleasant and the dr has always been very straightforward and skilled at what he does. He is gentle as possible and skilled at what he does which limits how uncomfortable dental procedures can be at times.
I have returned for many treatments and will not decide to go elsewhere based if their care. Thanks to the team at BrightNow!!

This has been our family dentist for years. Mari and Erica do a great job at the front desk! My daughter got her braces here and the time estimate was right on. The price was affordable as well. My kids and I love our Bright Now Smiles!

I don't know why the other reviews are bad. I had a great experience. Front desk are very polite and nice. Dr. Cuenca is very direct but sweet,very good at what he does. I am terrified of getting work done because of past experiences. I cannot handle the pain,but I didn't feel a thing with Dr. Cuenca. I highly recommend him. Great bedside manner.
Only concern I had was when Dr. Cuenca's part was done and I was passed off to maybe a Dental Assistant, she wasn't that accommodating and nice. After the work was done she didn't even give me verbal instructions or a mirror to show me the finished work. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the left side work that I had done, the tooth has a lot of glue left and seemed very uneven. I am scheduled to be back March 5th. Hopefully all my concerns will be addressed. I'm sure it will be fixed.
