I had a tooth that needed extraction and had an infection. It had been a while since I had seen a dentist. Due to Covid many offices weren’t taking new patients but they were able to get me in the next day and did the extraction. The Doctors and staff are very friendly.

I apologize that my post is super long but please read it and see why.

#bestfirstvisitever!!! The staff is super friendly, courteous, and professional!!! The office lobby is very clean with beautiful Christmas decorations!!! The restroom is also very clean!!! You don't feel like a patient, a number, or dollar sign but a real person!!! The receptionists (both of them - sorry didn't get their names) were very friendly, professional, and helpful!!! I was scheduled to see Dr. Nasir Sadeghi but unfortunately he was not in. No worries as they scheduled me to see Dr. Erick Cuenca; however, prior to seeing Dr. Cuenca I had my X-Rays taken by RDA Sergio. He was very friendly, professional, and on his "A" game. Before I knew it he was finished!!! Next I had my consultation with Dr. David Pressutti. He was very friendly, professional, and humurous!!! Because of his recommendation my husband and I enjoyed our 20th anniversary dinner tonight at Campagnia Bistro (Fresno)!!! Let me just say that at Campagnia the food, ambiance, staff, and service was second to none!!! #bestanniversarydinnerever!!! Dr. Cuenca was very friendly and professional as well!!! I appreciated him taking time to go over my chart with me and explain the process!!! Last but definitely not least I met my hygienist. I apologize in advance for mispelling her name (Namsrickka). She was very friendly, professional, and humurous as well!!! I definitely appreciate her professionalism, care, and concern. She kept checking on me throughout my entire cleaning. She was very gentle and didn't make me feel like I was being primed and prodded. She did such a fantastic job!!! I couldn't wait to get home to smile at my husband and share my wonderful experience!!! Thx you Bright Now Dental (Clovis) for making my first visit the best ever. Such care and concern from every staff member I interacted with!!! Keep up the good work and morale!!!

Awful experience, made an appointment to have a broken tooth crowned, after 2 hours was told they couldn't see me today. Staff is extremely rude and very inefficient. Not once did anyone try and make us feel comfortable and work at a pace like time mattered, and to top it off the place was EMPTY. There are plenty of dental offices available in town, there is no need whatsoever to go to this one. Throw a rock and you'll hit a better dental office than this one.

I had two teeth extracted for a bridge. So had a lot of work done even stitches. They wrote me a prescription for antibiotics and a Tylenol with codeine for pain. Went straight to my pharmacy to fill. They couldn't give me pain medication because of new law as of January 1st the prescription needs to have an invoice or serial number on it the prescription they gave me did not. At this time it was 5pm on Friday my pharmacist called them at 5:04 office was closed so unable to have pain medication made for very uncomfortable night. I would think they should have known about the new law or have written a prescription before. Were 18 days into the new year, I'm sure I'm not the first pain medication prescription of the year. That's my only complaint. Other than that very happy

Front desk girls are always nice, I can’t always get an appointment when I want, but they do their best to try. Had lots of issues with my crowns but they were aways there to help me and fix whatever needed. I would recommend this dentist. Especially Dr Cuanca.

This dental office was easy to find but not the best place for me. I was a new patient on Wednesday and I was scheduled at 4 PM which is the only time that I was available. I come in about 3:55 PM, filled out my new patient packet, and was seen to get my x-rays done around 4:20. The lady who did my exam was nice but the tools that go in your mouth for the x-rays really hurt. I am a person who can tolerate pain and love going to the dentist place but I kid you not that I was uncomfortable. The lady made sure I was as comfortable as I could but after taking my x-rays I felt like I had cuts under my tongue. I didn't like that they put those things in my mouth after touching equipment and whatever it is to take the x-rays photos. After that she'll adjust the tools in my mouth and then touch the inside of my mouth after touching everything else. It was gross! After THAT I waited nearly 15/20 minutes for the actual dentist to take a look at my mouth & x-rays just to tell me that my cleaning will be some other day. It would have been nice to know that they weren't going to do my cleaning that day because it was basically a waste of my time and a stupid reason to miss my college classes because of it. The receptionist lady was nice but kind of unprofessional/rude here and there while eavesdropping on her conversation with other patients. It felt like she spoke too loud about a person's issue and she lacked providing privacy for a customer. I am writing this review just now because those cuts that I thought I felt are actual cuts and I have to get numbing medicine so that I can eat without pain. They close at 5 and will kick everyone oit by 5 PM and will schedule for another day. Back at Bullard Dental they will make sure YOUR TIME doesn't go to waste and will be HAPPY to stay a little past their closing time to make sure their customers are taken care of. With this dental office, I didn't feel ANY compassion for their clients on ANY level. Overall the quality of my time there didn't meet any of my expectations and even though I have to schedule my next appointment for cleaning and filling next month, I am trying to find a new dental office within the time frame. I am not comfortable with this office and staff. Waiting to upgrade our dental insurance so I can pick any other office except this one and Western Dental. I deserve better. I thought coming here MIGHT be an upgrade from Bullard Dental but clearly I was wrong and took them for granted. I'd rather go to Dr. Ben though of ANY dental place but waiting to change our dental plan again. HOWEVER, I just wanted to thank the staff anyway for seeing me.

I always have a great experience for the most part. The dentists are so kind, but there is one problem every time I come in. The woman at the front desk is always so rude for no reason and it makes my experience there not as good.

The Staff is Awesome !!! The Dr is thero and so nice. I absolutely do not like going to the dentist but, everyone here made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs a dentist. They take exceptional care of you and work with your schedule.

The office calls me to cancel my appointment less then 24 hr. Notice. I call to reschedule and I have to wait for 15 min. To get a live representative and its an answering service .the actual staff left to lunch 15 minutes early.unfortunately it is not fee's able to leave a message because I never got a call back ever before. It's also a disappointment that they have lied stating prior they have more than one hygienist and while cancelling my appt. On my machine they state they have only one who has an emergency and can't be at work . The staff in my opinion are rude in there communication to my teen. They are fortunate that it hasn't been brought to the attention of a news segment. They have poor communication skills with cancelling appointments. They have poor communication skills with there patients and the staffs teeth don't look so great.

Very friendly and engaging staff. Every time I come I feel taken care of. They took very good care of my teeth and I’m so glad I went with BrightNow to get my braces! I’m very happy with how my teeth came out!
