Since my initial review, this office has reached out about my concerns and came up with a viable solution. I appreciate the office staff for being professional and handling my circumstance with attentiveness. As previously stated this office has always been my go to and things happen! So, I have a few fillings coming up and they have another physician that will do my dental work and I’m confident I’ll get taken care of. The office staff and managerial staff get a 5-stars from me. I do feel like they genuinely care.

AMAZING!!! This has to be the best experience I had at a dental office, from the moment I walked in to the moment I walk out. The dentist is not my favorite at all but every single employee there made my experience well worth it. They are all friendly, helpful, and understanding of your needs. I wish I knew about this place sooner, but I can guarantee that they have a new permanent patient with me. I would recommend Pure Cypress Dental to any and everyone that asks. My girlfriend and I came to Pure Cypress Dentists for a filling and a root canal. My girlfriend has a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist and everyone here made her feel so comfortable. Dr. K was such a personable doctor that instantly made the room feel comfortable and welcoming as soon as he walked in.
The office manager Joel walked us through the procedure and medical costs. We were fortunate enough to have our insurance cover almost all of the cost and we were super happy with that.
Donavan and Adriana were the assistants that helped us to get settled. Donovan was super sweet and Adriana was the assistant to Dr. K while the procedure was happening. She did a great job making my girlfriend comfortable during the procedure.
If you have any type of dental anxiety I would highly recommend coming here if you want to feel safe and welcomed.

My experience was amazing, outstanding. I have been to multiple dentist and nothing beats my experience I had today.
Dr Lofins- she is amazing, very patient and explains every process there each step.
Jordan- AMAZING hygienist cleaning lady. She took her time and patient on me with just a simple cleaning and even asked if she could take off a little extra plaque for myself.
Donavan- very patient while doing a bunch of X-rays on me. Very nice
Joel- explained the insurance and what’s covered very clear so patient understood what they are getting done.
Gabby- very nice, and helped get you all set for your appointments.

I came in today for x-rays and a cleaning. I was greeted right away by Cassie and she checked me in right away. I waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room and Donavan Called me in and took my x-rays. I usually hate x-rays, but he made the process quick and easy. Once I was done, I was greeted by Joel. He was very nice and asked how my holidays were and had a great conversation with him. Everyone here is very welcoming.

My experience getting my X-rays done with Donavan was quick and thorough. Treatment done with Joel was a great one. Dr Tsai explained everything needed to be done, explained every step and answered all my questions. Jessica the dental assistant was very helpful, kept my mouth dry or moist when needed. Everyone from the receptionist to the Doctor was very nice and professional. Highly recommended.
