I enjoyed my visit people is very nice here, understandable and they do everything very professional. They offered me an appointment for the same day they called, they called me before my appointment to check on me. First time here. Find them online. When I called to schedule an appointment and most importantly check they take my insurance, Cassie was the receptionist that answered and was so friendly. When I came to my appointment she made check in so easy!
I only waited about 10 mins before I got called to the pack. As I was waiting to get X-rays done, Jordan came in to start the cleaning. She was extremely gentle and I felt comfortable. Right after Donavan came, took me to X-ray room and that was a breeze! As soon as I got back to my room Dr. Patel came in, explained my X-rays to me and what the next step is. I love how fast they all work and how well they all work together! Highly recommend ☺️

I want to say thank you to Cassie and Gabbie for scheduling my appointment. They’re very respectful and kind when I started talking to them. Donavan what a funny guy. He took my X-rays and made sure I was doing well. He went ahead and check up on me every time . Dr. Patel went ahead and did my exam and made sure what I need to get done. Very quick, painless. Evangeline did my xrays, which was quick and easy. Dr. Kwan did my cleaning, not too rough on the gums, best cleaning I've had in a while. Donovan did my polishing which was fast and painless. Very good dentist office.

I visited the dentist for a root canal Dr. Kwan made me feel comfortable during the process. The assistant Donovan was very professional and knows his stuff really well. Adriana did a great job in the prep and X-rays and informed me with good information.

This is the best dental office I've ever been to. I had a root canal infection that my previous dentist was unable to fix. My previous dentist did a botched job which was also incomplete and referred me to a specialist. I could not afford it so I came here hoping they could fix it. Dr. Pham was the best I could hope for. He was very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and patient. I developed a panic disorder from the whole ordeal cause of the previous dentist so coming here was nerve wrecking but Dr. Pham and his team all know what they're doing and I was not wrong to put my trust in them. He fixed my root canal AND my other filling that was really ugly, he fixed it. I'll never choose another dentist and will refer all my family and friends to Pure Cypress Dentist. If you want great service by caring professionals who know what they're doing, go here. You won't regret it.

Pure Cypress Dental is the place you want to go to. I was referred by a family member to take my Husband and my Mother for their dental work. I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect but as we sat there waiting for them to be called the staff was extremely nice and made us feel comfortable while we waited for them to be seen. During this time I saw how friendly they were, not only with us but with their returning clients. From start to finish the staff explained every step in detail which we really liked. They make their customers their top priority and ensure they leave satisfied. During our last visits we were helped by Danavan, Dr. Kwan, Becky and Joel.
