I was greeted by Gabby who was phenomenal and friendly. The check in process was smooth and easy. Joel, the manager made me feel so welcomed for my first visit. Donavan took care of my X-rays which was quick and easy and Jordan handled my cleaning. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had and collectively the team hit every mark. Everybody here is really welcoming and will help you out with your oral hygiene as well as any concerns you may have. I suggest to come here if you ever need a consultation or extraction done. Joel is the manager here and he’s very friendly with everybody. Donavan is in charge of X-rays and he’s very careful to make sure he does his job correctly. Dr. Patel will ensure you the best options for any concerns you may have as well as ensuring you a speedy recovery. Cassie, the front desk lady, is super sweet and has such a nice personality. 10/10 staff

Thank your pure Cypress team for treating me like family. when I walk in gabby check me in, she also was very nice. Becky took my x-rays and it went very smoothly. Donavan checked up on me and made sure I was doing well. Dr Patel did an examination and she said I have no Cavities. The hygienist “Jordan did my cleaning and Joel had a 5 min conversation with me about my major in school. I really enjoyed coming to this dental office i feel like I am at home.

I have to say, nothing terrifies me more than the thought of the dentist. I walked into Pure Cypress Dentists shaky and emotional. The whole team really went out of their way to make me comfortable, laugh and smile. From Gabby at the front desk, sweet as can be and very encouraging to Donavan who did my x-rays who was patient, considerate and gentle. The manager Joel followed my appointment from start to finish, helping sooth my nerves and making me feel like I was in a safe place. I had one of the best experiences at Pure Cypress Dentist. Dr. Kwan was understanding of my past traumas at other offices and treated me with upmost respect. She was gentle and took her time to take things slow for me. Donavan the assistant was kind and explained to me everything before hand so I wouldn't be worried.
The other assistant Becky took me slowly and was able to make me feel as comfortable as I have ever been. The check in was quick and simple, and I was greeted with a lot for respect. I usually get really nervous about x-rays, but I was treated with a lot of kindness and respect by Donavan. Once I was placed into a clean room I was put on a movie to watch which calmed my nerves as quickly as I had gotten them.
I felt very comfortable the entire time and was treated with a lot of respect by all of the staff members. I have been so scared to go to a dentist office for so long, but not aymore. I have found my safe space and will continue to come to this office for as long as I can. Thank you to all the staff for giving me the best experiece at a dentist office. When I first came Cassie was super sweet and check me in. I saw dr kwan she was super sweet and made sure I had no pain so my appointment went smoothly. When I met Joel he was very cool and told me what I needed and if I was covered by my insurance he worked with me witch help a lot. Gabbie and Donavan where super sweet and super fun to talk to and also they make sure you are comfortable and put on your favorite show on Netflix witch is super cool and very entertaining all the people here where amazing and I really do recommend this place I knew I will continue coming here with my family.

Great group of people. They help me book my appointment to get started on my crown right away. Donavan is very nice and chill. He took my x-rays and put on Netflix for me to watch while I wait. This has been the best dentistry I’ve attended in my life, always used to be anxious/nervous going in but at Pure Cypress Dentist I’m always in and out quickly with no issues. Donavan made the x-rays (my least favorite part) bearable and Cassie at the front desk provided a warm and sincere greeting. Would highly recommend!
