Gabby was great! Donovan is amazing and quick! Joel even cut me a deal! And Dr Loftus was gentle and has a great bedside manner. Surprisingly good dental visit!

As I walked in Gabby greeted me nicely. Joel the manager is a chill guy made me laugh while Jessica was taking my x-rays. I was feeling nervous at first but Joel and Donavan made me feel comfortable by cracking jokes. Dr. Tsai gave me a really good cleaning. I had a great time. Next time when I walk in a dental office I won't show up with ankle socks. Other then that this office deserves 5 stars.

I would like to thank the people at Pure Cypress Dental for being very kind and helpful through this stressful time for us. Cassie at the front desk is very kind and sincere, Donvan is incredibly helpful in making my mother's procedure smooth and seenless . Dr. Kwan, the dentist that did my mom's dental work, made it very relaxing and accommodated all my mom's needs and concerns. Becky helped assist my mom in all of her needs and comforts, and thank you Joel the Manger for working with us along making sure that there are no issues and that everything is going smoothly. We look forward coming here everytime when we need to go to the dentist.

It’s been awhile since I got a cleaning due to the pandemic and what not but dang did these guys make the familiar experience a breeze! Cassie at the front was very welcoming and friendly. Gabby who took my X-rays made the most dreadful part ten times easier. & Dr. Loftus was a wiz a true master of her craft. Last but not least Donavan came through with a polish that made my smile brand new! I left this place feeling like a new man, thank you guys!

I am very happy and emotional right. I had went to another Dentist yesterday. They only took my xrays and never started any treatment with me. I have so much pain right now. Luckily I found pure Cypress Dentist. They put there foot to the door and took me in like I was thier family. Joel the manager made it happend. I appriciate him so much. Gabby is a very sweet woman and talk to me about the treatment. Donavan and Dr. Kwan went ahead and pulled out 2 teeth they same day I walk in. Every single staff took really good care of me . I feel eased and happy I got this done. No dental office wouldnt do any treatment on me. I am glad I found this office. Thank you Cypress staff for taking me with care.

I want to say thank you to pure cypress staff for giving me an opportunity to pull out my teeth. I was in pain for a few weeks and they took care of me and started the treatment right then and there. I want to say you to Donavan for assisting Dr. Kwan. Joel the manager went ahead and went over the treatment with me and Jordan did my cleaning everything went very smooth. We also talked about Wrestling. Adriana went ahead and seated me in a room and put on a Netflix for me. I had to get treatment done with them. They're very awesome.
