My visit to Pure Cypress Dentist was amazing. I was greeted by Gabbie and DONOVAN at the front. They checked me in quickly and were very friendly and professional. I was then given X-rays by Jolene. I had come in for a very painful tooth ache from impacted wisdom teeth. Dr. T, Dr. Pham, Jolene , and Esmerelda were quick and thorough with the extraction procedure. It was painless too, which was a huge area of concern for me. I was then assisted by Joel after my procedure when it was time for me to leave. I‘m not the biggest fan of dentists, but this was definitely a great overall experience and visit. I’ll definitely be coming here for all my future visits.

I am updating this review from my visit on Monday July 26. Doctor Pham, Donovan, Joel are amazing when it comes with patient needs. I came in for a treatment from the infection I had, apparently my last dentist didn’t do quite a good job. But then I heard from Pure Cypress Dentist, Doctor Pham immediately found an infection and wanted to make sure if I went to another dentistry. I am so happy I found this place and make it my home. Because I do feel like a family in there. Doctor Pham, Donovan, Joel and Gabby the receptionist are amazing and I would recommend Doctor Pham to everyone that needs a dentist. Good job everyone.

All around Great service! I came in for a consultation and I'll explain, in great detail, the whole experience:
Gabby(front desk) was super personable - over the phone and in-person. She was helpful in setting up my appointment and walked me through the information I needed to provide her. Once I got to the office for my appointment, I recognized how clean it was, CoViD-19 conscious, and accommodating.
I only waited 5 minutes before I was seen by Jolene and Donavan. Both helped me get comfortable, did all the prep work for the Dr., allowed me to ask any questions, and answered any questions I had. If they couldn't answer any questions they made sure my dentist and/or the treatment coordinator would.
Dr. Tourgoli, my dentist, was great! We discussed what I came in for and what I may decide to do next visit. We considered different options about what to prioritize and different ways to go about the procedures (root canals/crowns). After the evaluation she referred me the the treatment coordinator, Raquel, to discuss insurance, payment, and moving forward. she was a sweetheart. She took time to explain her answers to all of my questions.
Overall experience made me feel very confident in their services and I look forward to doing more business with them. Again, I definitely recommend this team. they're great!:)

I am someone who gets SUPER anxious when having to go to the dentist, but the folks at Pure Cypress Dental are the best! Dr. Ha is absolutely amazing. He is so friendly, compassionate, and genuinely caring. He makes me feel so safe and comfortable whenever I have to go in for a visit. All of the office staff are so friendly and personable as well. I cannot thank them enough for being such a great dental office and for making my experience so wonderful. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go!

I am insanely impressed by the care and kindness of everyone at Pure Cypress Dentist! Right when I walked into the waiting room, I was greeted with smiling faces. Donovan, Joel, Jolene, and Dr. T made me feel so welcome and supported. I cannot believe I ever went anywhere else!!! From social distancing to my overall environment, Pure Cypress Dentist went above and beyond, exceeding expectations I didn’t even know were possible! 😄

Great customer service!!!! I recommend this office . Donovan, Dr. Nguyen, Jenny and Becky were awesome!! They made my sister feel extra comfortable since she was facing her dentist fear!

Joel the manager was very helpful and welcoming. Also Donovan the dental assistant was very accommodating when giving the x-ray. Highly recommend this place.
