Becky was great with x-rays. It usually hurts but this time was was fine. Donavon was nice too. All staff members where great. Location was also good, lots of parking. Definitely recommend.

I have had no less than stellar service from Dr.T and the staff at Pure Cypress Dental. I had a lot of work done and honestly can say each visit was a very pleasant experience. I wish I found this place a long time ago! Dr. T and staff were all pleasant, gentle, thoughtful, and truly caring. This is the best dental office I have ever been to. This is the only dental office I have been to where I felt it was fun! I feel the Dr's and staff are the best of the best and highly recommend Pure Cypress Dental if you are searching for a perfect dental office and perfect dental work for a very fair price. They are a blessing and I will go no where else ever again!! AAA+++ service. Really, this is the only dental office where I can say each visit was fun. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at previous dentists, whether it be bad service or rude staff and doctors. My sister recommended Pure Cypress Dentist to me last year and I’ve been happy to keep coming here. My X-Rays always go smoothly thanks to Becky and and the dental assistant Donavan gives off a relaxed, professional and welcoming environment. My experiences with Dr. Pham in the past have been great! He helped me through a bad crown I received at an old dentist where they did a terrible job and I couldn’t be happier.

This office is amazing!! 5 stars all the way. I follow Dr. Loftus where ever she goes. I won’t let anyone touch my teeth but her. Customer service is superior by Gabby and Evangelina. I highly recommended this dentistry to anyone!

Cassie was really helpful at front desk. Donavon has always been helpful for procedures and x-rays and overall good custome care. Dr. Nguyen helped to perform the procedures and Becky helped to polish my teeth. Great dentist!
