I have been going to this office for nearly 15 years. They are very professional and will not over-diagnose issues that are unnecessary to try to address. One time, I forgot my appointment, and they optionally waived the cancellation fee. However they no longer validate parking, so expect to pay between six and eight dollars when you go there for parking
