Ive been coming here for years and so has my whole family. We love personal dental !!!! All the doctors and specialists are the best! The entire staff is always on top of it. I have recently started ortho treatment dr wu he has an eye for detail who knew I would love my braces so much I can't wait for the final results. Giving it give stars, highly recommended.

I have been through a lot of dentists in my life because I have certain expectations I need to have met. For instance, I don't want to wait around long after my appointment time. I want to have a clear understanding of what's going on in my mouth if work needs to be done. I want a competent staff that is not only responsible and responsive, but personable. And, most of all, I want a human being, not a drone, for a dentist. I have all that and more at Personal Dental. Dr. Dean Salo is not only competent and communicative, we are friends. I feel the same way about the office staff and the hygienists. I legitimately like them all and feel that my teeth are good hands (which paints a pretty gross picture, now that I read it back!).

The real endorsement here is geographical; I used to see a dentist about three minutes from my home. On a week day, Personal Dental can take me an hour one way. I would rather make the drive and get the treatment I get there than compromise for convenience.

Went today for a routine cleaning. I arrived early and my hygienist took me in right away. Very clean office and friendly staff. I have been going to the same dental office for several years now. I highly recommend Personal Dental Office.

and the staff at Personal Dental. Dr. Nelson is always wonderful! His dental expertise, patience, and integrity are very much acknowledged and truly appreciated. I have been a delighted patient at Personal Dental for about fourteen years. In my youth, I had taken terrible care of my teeth, a mistake for which I began to pay a price in my fifties. A friend recommended Personal Dental when I had an abscessed tooth. At Personal Dental, I have had implants, root canals, fillings, cleanings, and other procedures. The excellent staff members at Personal Dental have rebuilt my teeth like new! This is the best dental care I have ever had in my 71 years on the planet! The work has been done efficiently, carefully, expertly and . . . most importantly . . . PAINLESSLY! While I am always given pain medication following a surgical procedure, I take the pain meds only for about 24 hours because after that, I don't need them. The office is beautiful, immaculately clean, high tech, and computerized, but the staff has all the tradition personal touches with excellent "bedside manners." My fantastic and wonderful dentist there is Dr. Dean Salo, but when I go to Dr. Salo's office, my frame of mind is more like going to see a good friend for a relaxing visit, not one of going to a doctor while I'm ridden with concern about what will be done to me. I have also used the services of others in the office. I can't praise them enough, both as professionals and as just fine, caring, very personable Human Beings.

Super rude. The people at the front desk interrupted me and walked away multiple times while I was in the middle of a sentence. Spent three hours there (didn't validate my parking) wouldn't tell me if my insurance covered anything and the doctor told me I don't have any cavities when I clearly have two holes that are brown that I can stick my fingernail into. When I pointed them out, he told me that that was a stained filling even though I have literally never had a filling there and laughed at me when I told him I've never had a filling there. Wasted literally three hours for nothing and was literally ridiculed. I will NEVER go back here and they should not advertise themselves as a place that is good for people who have had bad experiences or get anxious at the dentist. Please don't go here.

I would highly recommend this office service, Dr Salo and his stuff are incredible at that they do! Also I wanted to say a special " Thank you" to Susan Flores, his office manager and financial coordinator. I always felt like she cares about people, she would help with a friendly financial arrangements, I could call her to get an emergency visits then I felt the worst! Now I brought my husband to get his treatment, because this is the place there medical stuff cares, I would give them 10 stars !!!

Personal Dental is highly professional. Through the entire surgery I felt as comfortable as one could feel sitting in a dentist chair. They we’re efficient and asked how I was doing several times which helped me to feel that I was in good hands.

My dental office great. My wife and I started before we were married over 24 years. We have even invited many friends , family and coworkers to use Personal Dental as well. It really is Personal. We love them.

The office is cheating. I requested a regular teeth cleaning and they scheduled a periodic maintenance without any explanation beforehand and proceeded with the procedure. The regular cleaning is fully covered by my insurance, while I had to pay deductible and 10% out of pocket for periodic maintenance. I would never come back to this office again for service.
